How to install Vevor JZT50-36 acoustic panels?

Open the box, remove the panels from the compression bag and let them rest 24 to 48 hours on a flat surface to regain their shape. Clean the wall, apply universal glue (not included) to the back of the panel and stick it to the wall. Make sure the glue is applied evenly.

What is the size of the panels?

Each panel measures 300 x 300 x 25 mm (thickness 25 mm). The pack contains 36 panels, covering approximately 3.24 m².

What is the density of the foam?

The density is 30 kg/m³, which provides good sound absorption for mid and high frequencies.

Can I use water to speed up deployment?

Yes, the manual suggests soaking the panels in water, then wringing them out and drying them in a tumble dryer at medium temperature to restore their shape faster. Note that moisture may affect glue adhesion.

How to clean the panels?

Use a dry cloth or a low-power vacuum cleaner to remove dust. Avoid water and harsh chemicals that could deform the foam.

Are the panels flame retardant?

The manual does not mention any flame retardant treatment. It is recommended to keep them away from heat sources and flames. Check local standards if necessary.

Can I paint the panels?

It is not recommended to paint the panels as paint could clog the pores and reduce acoustic efficiency. If you wish to change the color, use a special paint for acoustic foam.

Where can I buy compatible glue?

Universal glue is not provided. You can use spray adhesive or contact glue suitable for foam. Make sure it is compatible with your wall materials.

What to do if a panel comes off?

1. Open the box and remove the product from the compression bag. Spread the product on an open ground and stand for 24-48 hours.

Note: In order to make the product return to shape quickly, the product be soaked in water, then twist dry the product. Finally, use the dryer medium-gear temperature to dry the product; if the product is wet, it affects the paste effect of the product;
