How to install the JZT50-24 acoustic panels?

Clean and dry the wall. Apply universal adhesive evenly to the back of the panel. Press the panel against the wall and hold for a few seconds. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the panel to regain its shape and the adhesive to set.

Why are my panels not the correct thickness?

The panels are compressed in their packaging. They need 24 to 48 hours to return to their original thickness after opening. If this time is respected and they remain flat, check that the ambient temperature is sufficient (20-25°C).

How to speed up the panel reformation?

Soak the panels in water, wring them gently, then dry them in a dryer on medium heat. This will quickly restore their original shape.

What to do if the panels fall off the wall?

Make sure the wall is clean, dry, and dust-free. Apply a good quality universal adhesive in an even layer. If the problem persists, use a stronger adhesive or mechanical fixings (not supplied).

What adhesive to use for Vevor JZT50-24 panels?

Use a universal spray or tube adhesive suitable for foam and walls. The adhesive is not supplied, you must purchase it separately. Spray or spread evenly over the entire surface of the panel.

How long does it take for the adhesive to dry completely?

The drying time varies depending on the adhesive used and ambient conditions (temperature, humidity). Usually allow 24 hours for full setting. Avoid touching or moving the panels during this time.

Are the JZT50-24 panels moisture resistant?

Acoustic foam can absorb moisture, which reduces its effectiveness and may promote mold. It is not recommended to install them in very humid rooms like bathrooms without adequate ventilation.

Can I paint the acoustic panels?

It is not recommended to paint the panels as paint can clog the foam pores and reduce sound absorption. If you wish to change the color, use a special foam paint (test on a small sample first).

What area can I cover with 24 panels of 300x300 mm?

Each panel covers 0.09 m² (30 cm x 30 cm). With 24 panels, you can cover approximately 2.16 m². Plan a spaced or continuous arrangement according to your needs.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the box and remove the product from the compression bag. Spread the product on an open ground and stand for 24-48 hours.

Note: In order to make the product return to shape quickly, the product should be soaked in water, then twist dry the product. Finally, use the dryer medium-gear temperature to dry the product; if the product is wet, it affects the paste effect of the product.
