1. Keep children and pets away from the product while using it. Chil should not use it. The product. No adult supervision.

3. Do not place items that exceed the maximum load bearing capacit
4. Fasten the screw periodically. Wear gloves when installing the scre the first time.

Note: The maximum load of the basket cannot exceed 22lbs

1. Insert Extension into Receiver of mobility device . Insert Clevis pin extension and receiver.
2. Place basket into the extension. Insert Clevis pin into extension and basket.
3. Tighten Locking Knob on underside of T Bracket on basket.

NOTE: There are multiple holes in the extension and basket. These are adjustment purposes.

ne handle is iron hooks on the handle car pliers to avoid d losing.

Note: After the handle is installed, the iron hooks on both sides of the handle can clamped with pliers to avoid falling off and losing.

Cleaning and disinfection

1. Wipe the surface with a wet cotton cloth.
2. Check the screws regularly every 3 months for loosening and tight the screws
