Assembly

1. Insert Extension into Receiver of mobility device. Insert Clevis pin through extension and receiver.
2. Place basket into the extension. Insert Clevis pin into extension and basket.
3. Tighten Locking Knob on underside of T Bracket on basket.

NOTE: There are multiple holes in the extension and basket. These are for adjustment purposes.

Note: After the handle is installed, the iron hooks on both sides of the handle can be clamped with pliers to avoid falling off and losing.

Cleaning and disinfection

1. Wipe the surface with a wet cotton cloth.
2. Check the screws regularly every 3 months for loosening and tighten the screws.
