What is the ideal temperature for crêpes?

The recommended temperature is 160 to 200 °C (320-400 °F). Adjust the thermostat within this range for perfect crêpes.

How to clean the non-stick plate?

Use a soft brush to remove residues and oil. Never use abrasive cleaners or hard/sharp objects to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth.

What to do if smoke or odor occurs during first use?

This is normal for many heating appliances. Let the appliance heat empty for a few minutes until the smoke/odor disappears. It does not affect safety.

Can I use other batters besides the special pre-mixed powder?

It is strongly recommended to use a special pre-mixed crêpe powder. Using the wrong formula may cause burning. If burning occurs, set to 60 °C (140 °F) and pour a little water on the plate to soften the burnt batter, then scrape.

How to properly turn off the machine?

Turn the temperature knob counterclockwise to the lowest position, then unplug the cord from the outlet. Wait for the appliance to cool before storing.

1. Ensure the voltage in your outlet is the same as indicated on the appliance rating label.

3. Do not touch the hot surface directly with your hands. Always use the hat knob for operation.

Attention:

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the appliance for the first time, peel off any promotional and packaging materials and check that the cooking plates are clean and dust-free. If necessary, wipe them over with a damp cloth. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil.

Note: When your appliance is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor, which is normal for many heating appliances, and will not affect the safety of your appliance.

1. Place the machine on a clean, dry, level surface near a plug base outlet.
2. Adjust the temperature knob to the lowest temperature position, check again whether the product and power cord are intact, and connect the plug to the

4. Select the desired temperature with the control knob. It is recommended to set at 320-400°F (160-200°C).
5. Allow the unit to reach desired temperature. The heating indicator light will turn off when the desired temp is reached.

7. After the temperature reaches the set value, pour the batter onto a non-stick

heating plate and apply it evenly with a scraper.

1. Add the ingredients you need and roll them up for consumption after the product is cooked.
2. Repeat the steps above to make multiple waffles.
3. After finishing, for safety, turn the temperature knob counterclockwise to the limit position and cut off the power.

Note: It works this way repeatedly to ensure the temperature is within a specific range. During the machine's operation, the heating indicator cycles on and off.

TIPS

1. Please use specialized premix powder. Using the wrong premix powder batter formula can cause physical burning.
2. If the wrong premixed powder is used and causes burning, the temperature should be adjusted to 60°C (140°F), and a small amount of water can be poured onto the non-stick coating. Use a scraper to scrape off the burnt part.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. After use, turn the temperature knob to the lowest temperature, unplug, and allow the product to cool down.
2. Use a soft brush to clean the residue and oil on the mold surface.
3. For the exterior, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Never use an abrasive cleanser or harsh pad.
4. Please clean regularly to avoid dirt buildup.

Note: Do not use hard and sharp objects to clean the mold to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
