How to install the liner mat?

Unfold the mat 24 hours before installation to allow it to flatten. Assemble the pool wall, then level and smooth the sand at the bottom. Place the liner mat on the sand, ensuring it is centered. Then install the liner on top.

Does the liner mat replace the sand?

No, the mat is placed on a leveled sand base. It protects the liner from ground irregularities but does not replace bottom preparation.

How to clean the pool mat?

Clean the mat with clear water and let it dry completely in the open air. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the fabric.

Can I use the mat without a liner?

No, the mat is designed to be used under the pool liner. It does not replace the liner and is not waterproof.

What maximum weight can the mat support?

The mat supports the weight of the water and the installed liner. It is not designed to support point loads such as a person. Do not sit or stand on it.

Is the mat suitable for an oval pool?

The 15R model is round. For oval pools, Vevor offers specific models such as the 1530OV (15x30 feet) or the 1833OV.

POOL LINER PAD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, unfold the LinerLife line pad 24 hrs prior to installation to allow crease lines to smooth out.

1. After the pool wall has been assembled, smooth and level the appropriate amount of sand on the pool floor. Sand coves should be created at this time as well.

NOTE: If foam coves are being used, install after the pad has been down.

1. Spread the precut pool liner over the sand, ensuring it is even around the perimeter of the pool.
2. If a foam cove is being used, install it over the liner pad (as shown in the illustration on the right).
3. Install the liner over the liner pad and foam cove (if applicable).
