SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. The shoes are maintained and worn in the correct working environment and stored under dry and ventilated conditions; the actual wear life of footwear depends on the type of footwear and the environmental conditions that may affect the wear, contamination and degradation of product.
2. Please do not use the same pair of shoes for a long time, which accelerate the damage of the shoes. It is recommended to use two shoes alternately and replace them every two days. 3. If the footwear becomes damaged, it will not continue to give the specified level of protection and to ensure that the wearer continues to receive the maximum protection, the footwear should immediately be replaced.
3. The packaging provided with the footwear at the point of sale is to ensure that the footwear is delivered to the customer in the same condition when dispatched; the carton can also be used for storing the footwear when not in wear. When the boxed footwear is in storage, it should not have heavy objects placed on top of it, as this could cause breakdown of packaging and possible damage to the footwear.
4. Although our shoes meet ASTM F2412-18A & F2413, it is forbidden to deliberately impact, puncture, electric shock and other destructive tests on our shoes to avoid damage to people.
5. Do not use other insoles instead of the original insoles, otherwise the shoes may lose the puncture protection function. 7. You need to tie your shoelaces and do not wear your shoes barefoot.
6. Shoes need to be cleaned in time to avoid exposing them to the sun. 9. It is recommended to check the anti-static function of shoes regularly to avoid damage to the anti-static function of shoes after damage.

SHOES PERFORMANCE

The shoe toe impact test, electric shock test, puncture test, and antistatic comply with ASTM F2412-18A & F2413.

The shoe complies with ASTM F2913-19.

The perforation resistance of this footwear has been measured in the laboratory using standardized nails and forces.

Nails of smaller diameter and higher static or dynamic loads will increase the risk of perforation occurring. In such circumstances, additional preventative measures should be considered.

Three generic types of perforation resistant inserts are currently available in PPE footwear.

These are metal types and those from non-metal materials, which are chosen on the basis of a job-related risk assessment.

All types give protection against perforation risks, but each has different additional advantages or disadvantages including the following:

Metal (e.g. O1PS, O3): Is less affected by the shape of the sharp object/hazard (i.e. diameter, geometry, sharpness) but due to shoemaking techniques may not cover the entire lower area of the foot.

Non-metal (PS or PL or category e.g. O1PS, O3L): May be lighter, more flexible and provide greater coverage area, but the perforation resistance may vary more depending on the shape of the sharp object/hazard (i.e. diameter, geometry, sharpness). Two types in terms of the protection afforded are available. Type PS may offer more appropriate protection for smaller diameter objects than type PL.

SHOE CLEANING AND NURSING CARE

1. When the shoes are not in use, they should be cleaned in time. 2. Use water and a soft cloth to wipe the dirt on the vamp. Do not soak shoes in water or other liquids. 3. Do not use alcohol or acid-base chemical liquids to clean shoes.
2. After cleaning, dry the shoes with a dry cloth first, then place them in a ventilated area to air dry. Do not expose them to direct sunlight or use a dryer.
