No, our device is designed only to keep food warm, not to cook it.

What types of dishes are suitable?

It is compatible with common materials such as metal, porcelain, glass, and some heat-resistant plastics.

Why is my food heating very slowly?

Several factors influence heating speed: the utensil material (metal heats faster), bottom thickness, and shape. A thin bottom and large contact area speed up heating.

Why does the actual temperature differ from the set temperature?

The actual temperature may vary by ±10 °C due to factors such as heating time, room temperature, and number of dishes.

What are the requirements for the work surface?

The back of the food warmer has a raised texture to dissipate heat. However, avoid using it for long periods on heat-sensitive surfaces such as plywood, glass, or plastic.

How to clean the food warmer?

The silicone front part can be cleaned with a damp cloth after unplugging the device. Do not use a dishwasher and do not immerse it. Wipe stains promptly and let it air dry.

Why does the device turn off by itself and need to be restarted?

The default operating time is 6 hours. If no operation is performed during this period, the device shuts off automatically. Also check that the power button has not been accidentally pressed or that the plug is not loose.

1. Please make sure the plug is properly powered.

2. Press the power button to turn on the machine. The default temperature setting is 100^ C.
