How to thread the strap into the ratchet?

Insert the strap from the bottom into the slot of the closed center spool of the ratchet. Pull the strap to remove slack, then start ratcheting by lifting and lowering the handle.

How to release the strap?

Pull and hold the release tab to disengage the ratcheting function. Open the handle fully flat, then remove the strap by pulling gently. Release the tab after removal.

What is the maximum load of this strap?

The Working Load Limit (WLL) is 1,738 lb (788 kg). The Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) is 5,208 lb (2,362 kg). Never exceed the WLL.

Can I use this strap for towing?

No, this ratchet strap is designed for securing static loads, not for towing. Use a suitable towing strap.

How to maintain the strap?

Clean the strap with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Regularly inspect for cuts, wear, or deformation. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

What to do if the strap is damaged?

Never use a damaged strap. Replace it immediately with a new one. Non-professional repairs are not recommended. Contact Vevor customer service for a replacement.

Is the strap suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, it is weather-resistant, but prolonged UV exposure can degrade the polyester. Store it indoors when not in use.

How to store the straps?

Store the straps in a dry place, away from dust and moisture. Avoid excessive folding. Keep the ratchet in the closed position to prevent accidental release.

Can I replace the hooks?

The hooks are permanently attached. If a hook is damaged, the entire strap must be replaced. Vevor does not provide separate replacement hooks.

Precautions

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards. 2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly. 3. Keep assembly area clean and well lit. 4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly. 5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. 6. Do not overload the chock tie. Never exceed the maximum weight capacity of the parameter table.

RATCHET INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

From the bottom, thread the webbing through the slot in the center spool of the closed ratchet.

STEP 2	Pull webbing through, removing the slack.
STEP 3	Start ratcheting--raising and lowering handle.
STEP 4	Finish ratcheting with lowered handle.

RELEASE INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 release tab	Pull&hold release tab(to override ratcheting function).
STEP 2	Open ratchet until it is completely open and flat.
STEP 3	Remove webbing from ratchet by gently pulling out.
STEP 4	Pull and hold release tab close ratchet.
