How to install the pizza press?

Place the fuselage (A) inside the long support plate (B) by bringing the upper end of the connector close. Then, place the short sliding plate (C) on the long support plate (B): it can be moved back and forth. Lock one end of the spring with a screw, then pull firmly to hook it.

How to adjust dough thickness?

At the top of the fuselage, there are two adjustment screws on both sides of the spring. Adjust them up and down to limit the thickness of the product.

How to clean the device?

Always clean immediately after each use. Do not put the device in the dishwasher or any other automatic cleaning device. Use a damp cloth and mild soap.

What oil to use for lubrication?

Use food-grade mineral oil. Wipe the guide rod with a cloth soaked in mineral oil when lubrication is needed. Do not use cooking oil or other grease, as this would make the device sticky.

What to do if the dough is too thick to press?

The initial stroke of the pressure plate is 35 mm. If the dough is thicker, pre-press it with your palm to less than 35 mm before pressing with the machine.

Why are the dough cakes uneven in thickness?

You can change the thicker side to another position and press again to even out the thickness.

Why are the dough cakes not big enough?

Make sure to leave enough time for the dough to ferment. Well-fermented dough presses more easily. You can also brush the surface with food oil to facilitate pressing.

Can I use the press with children?

No, the device should not be used by children. Place it in a position out of reach of children to avoid accidents.

What accessories are provided?

The set includes three parts: the fuselage body (A), the long support plate (B), and the short pull plate (C). Use only the accessories provided by the manufacturer.

I. Accessories and Installation

1.1. This product is a manual tool, which flattens the product by pulling the handle.

1.2. The whole equipment is divided into three parts: fuselage body (A), long supporting plate (B), and short pulling plate (C). As shown in figure (I).

1.3. Place the fuselage (A) inside the long support plate (B). Make the higher end of fitting (B) close to the fuselage, as shown in figure (II). A short pull-out plate (C) is placed on the long support plate (B) and removed back and forth. The overall effect is shown in figure (III).

Lock one end of the spring with a screw, and then pull the spring firmly to hook it.

II. Use

1. The initial stroke of the pressure plate is 35 mm. If the dough is thick, please pre-press the dough with your palm to less than 35 mm before pressing the dough.
2. Put the dough on the pulling plate (C), push it directly below the indenter, and press down the handle.
3. The prepared dough should be soft enough for pressing. Proof for a long time and apply some edible oil to its surface, then it would be easier to press. It is also recommended to wrap the pressure plate in a plastic bag or brush the back of the pressure head with oil.

III. Adjust the Thickness of the Product

At the top of the fuselage, there are two set screws on both sides of the spring, which can be adjusted up and down to limit the thickness of the product.
