How to install the Vevor BA2-306010-BR niche?

Locate wall studs with a stud finder. Mark the cutout with a pencil, cut the existing tile, insert the frame and fix it to the studs. Apply a continuous silicone sealant bead around the niche before inserting it. Hold in place until drying.

What are the exact dimensions of the niche?

The dimensions are 4 inches deep, 13 inches wide, and 25 inches high (approximately 10.2 x 33 x 63.5 cm).

Is this niche compatible with all types of tile?

Yes, it is suitable for most wall coverings such as tile, marble, or stone. It is recommended to lay tile symmetrically around the niche for a perfect finish.

How to ensure the niche is waterproof?

Stick the provided waterproof membrane inside the cavity, extending it 6 inches onto adjacent walls. Then apply a continuous silicone sealant in the interior corners before fixing the niche.

Can I use this niche with a glass shower partition?

Yes, it can be installed in a tiled shower wall, including near a glass partition. Just ensure perfect waterproofing at the joints.

How much weight can the Vevor niche support?

The maximum load capacity is approximately 15 kg, provided the assembly is correct and the niche is securely fixed to wall studs.

Is there a version with LED lighting?

Yes, model BAL-306010-MB is equipped with LED light strips. The BA2-306010-BR models do not have built-in lighting.

4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol drugs or medication.

separate all parts in a clean work area.

SAVE THIS MANUAL

The following installation details are applicable for existing wallbefore tiling , do not cover every possible situation Always conswith licenced professional during preparation and installation.

1. Locate and mark the center lines of adjacent framing studs using finder or by tapping the wall . Draw level line between the two wall your desired height of niche.

1. Trace the cut line with pencil, above the center line , cut out a car wall board along the traced line . Be sure the top and bottom lines level.

1. Level and fasten the surrounding framing to adjacent vertical studs make the dimension matches the niche flange.

1. Glue waterproofing membrane inside to seal the whole cave and 6-inch to four sides of surrounding wall. Create watertight seal cave very important.

1. Apply your setting material and set your tile, marble or stone dire shower wall. It is best for tile to be symmetric around the cave. The can end right on the niche for a very clean look.

1. Remove the protective film of the tape, apply a uninterrupted bead silicon sealant from the inside corner of the niche to the edge. Ensur sealant applied thickness.

1. Insert the niche fixture into the cave . Press the flange tightly and ensure the niche plumb and level . Wipe off the excess sealant along perimeter edges.

1. Tape the flanges with wall to hold the niche in place until the secured.

The BAL-306010-MB is equipped with LED light strips, and the installation of light strips is as follows:

1. Use the wiring terminal shown in Figure A;
