How to install the Vevor 55L-B storage trunk on my motorcycle?

Follow the provided installation instructions: align the bottom plate with the screw holes on the motorcycle, use the provided M6 screws (40 mm or 20 mm as needed) and tighten with the hex key. Then, place the trunk onto the plate's pillars and push inward to lock.

Which motorcycle models are compatible with this top case?

The trunk is designed to be universal thanks to its adjustable mounting plate. It fits most motorcycles with a luggage rack. Check the hole spacing and load capacity.

Is the trunk waterproof?

The trunk is not guaranteed waterproof. It is splash-resistant, but it is recommended to use a waterproof bag inside to protect your belongings in rainy weather.

What is the maximum load capacity?

The maximum load capacity is not specified in the manual. For safety reasons, do not exceed 10 kg to avoid compromising motorcycle stability.

How to maintain the Vevor 55L-B trunk?

Clean regularly with a soft cloth and soapy water. Avoid abrasive products. Check the screws and lock periodically. A cleaning cloth is included.

Can I replace the lock if it is damaged?

1. Adjust the bottom plate locking screw to prevent abnormal noise caused by loose fixing of the box

1. Align the bottom plate with the screw holes on the locomotive tailstock.

1. Use the provided hex wrench to tighten the screws. The product co with two types of screws of different lengths, and users can choose to them according to their actual installation needs.

1. Use a wrench to tighten the ga and nut at the bottom of the tails

5. Align the four holes at the bott the trunk with the four fixed colum on the bottom plate.

6. Push the trunk inward and lock bottom plate. Check if the bottom lock is loose.
