How to install the 45L-S box on my motorcycle?

Use the supplied mounting plate. Align the plate holes with those of the motorcycle, secure with M6 screws and nuts. Then place the box on the plate columns and push to lock. Tighten the lower locking screw with the wrench.

What tools are needed for installation?

The included tools are an L-wrench, an open wrench, and a nut wrench. No additional tools are required.

Is the box waterproof?

The manual does not specify watertightness. For optimal rain protection, it is recommended to use a waterproof cover.

How to clean the box?

Use a soft cloth or the provided cleaning cotton. Avoid abrasive products that could scratch the surface.

Can I replace the keys if lost?

The set includes two keys. If lost, contact Vevor customer service via www.vevor.com/support to order replacement keys.

Is the box compatible with all motorcycles?

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Adjust the bottom plate locking screw to prevent abnormal noise caused by loose fixing of the box.

1. Align the bottom plate with the screw holes on the locomotive tailstock.

1. Use the provided hex wrench to tighten the screws. The product comes with two types of screws of different lengths, and users can choose them according to their actual installation needs.

1. Use a wrench to tighten the g and nut at the bottom of the tailstock.

5. Align the four holes at the bott the trunk with the four fixed colum on the bottom plate.

6. Push the trunk inward and lock bottom plate. Check if the bottom lock is loose.
