Assembly precautions
1.Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves du assembly.
3. Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5.Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol drugs or medication.
6. Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only.
7. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap
separate all parts in a clean work area.
SAVE THIS MANUAL
1.Determine desired height of niche and draw level line on substrate
2.Cut along line and remove top substrate layer . If necessary , instahorizontal cross bracing to support Niche.
3.Use waterproof Sealant to adhere Niche to studs
- Seal joints between Niche and backer board with waterproof Sealant
5.It is ready to tile , choose a different style of ceramic tile accordingpreferences .
NOTE:
1、The surface needs to be used in conjunction with waterproof materials such as tiles.
2. When using flanges, it is important to pay attention to the flat thickness (13mm) to avoid gaps or bumps.
