How to open the safe for the first time?

Use the provided emergency key. Lower the emergency lock cover, insert the key and turn it 65° counterclockwise, then turn the handle clockwise to open the door.

How to set a user code?

With the door open, press the setting button inside the door. The yellow light turns on. Enter a 3 to 12 digit code within 3 seconds, then press # to confirm. A beep and the light turning off indicate success.

What to do if the battery is low?

A red light turns on when the voltage is below 4.8 V. If it drops below 3.8 V, six beeps sound and use is blocked. In this case, use the emergency key or connect the external power supply box (included) to open the safe and replace the batteries.

How to activate the vibration alarm?

In standby, press the * key. A beep sounds and the yellow light turns on. The alarm then triggers if the safe is hit or shaken, or after three incorrect code entries.

How to disable the alarm?

Enter a valid code (the green light turns on) to immediately stop the alarm and deactivate it. You can also open with the key and remove the batteries.

Can I install the safe on the wall or floor?

Yes, drill holes in appropriate locations, insert the provided anchors (expansion bolts) and secure the safe from the inside using screws.

What if I forgot my code?

Use the emergency key to open the safe. Once open, you can reset the code via the interior setting button.

How to set a management (master) code?

With the door open, press the 0 key twice then the setting button. The yellow light turns on. Enter a 3 to 12 digit code within 3 seconds and confirm with #. The management code allows priority access.

Is the safe fire-resistant?

The manual does not mention fire resistance. It is a standard security safe to prevent theft.

How to replace the batteries?

Open the safe, locate the battery compartment inside the door, insert 4 AA batteries respecting polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.

OPENING YOUR SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME

To open the door for the first time, use the configured emergency key. The operation steps are as follows:

1. Slide down to open the emergency lock cover.	4. Install batteries into battery box.
2. Insert the emergency key in the keyhole and rotate it 65° counterclockwise.	5.Make sure the battery matches ‘+’ and ‘-’. (not including 4 alkalin 1.5V batteries)
3.Turn the handle clockwise to open the door.	6.Weak power, emergency method: Emergency key

DESCRIPTION:

1. This product has 2 sets of passwords. The factory original password is "123456". The factory management password needs to be set by you.
2. Yellow light: normal indicator, or wrong password indicator.
3. Green light: unlock and light up for 6-7 seconds.
4. Red light: low battery indicator.

PERSONAL PASSWORD SETTING

1. With the door open, press the internal setting button. The buzzer will sound once, and the yellow indicator light will turn on.
2. Enter any new 3-12 digit password within 3 seconds. Press "#" to confirm. If the buzzer sounds once and the yellow light goes off, the password has been set successfully.

Notice: After your password is set, please test the new password to make sure it is valid. If you enter a wrong password, the yellow light will turn on and the buzzer will sound three times. Just re-enter the correct password.

MANAGE PASSWORD SETTINGS

1. With the door open, press the number key "0" twice, then press the internal setting button. The buzzer sounds once and the yellow indicator light turns on.
2. Enter any new 3-12 digit password within 3 seconds. Press "#" to confirm. The buzzer will sound once and the yellow indicator light will turn off, which means the management password has been set successfully.

Notice: Do not set your personal password the same as the management code.

THREE WAYS TO OPEN THE SAFE

1. Emergency Key + Knob: Use this method in situations such as first time use, forgotten password, or dead battery.
2. Password + Knob: Daily unlock. Enter your personal password or management password, press "#" or "*", then turn the knob clockwise.
3. Password + Knob + External Power Box: Use this when the internal battery is dead or the key is damaged or lost. Insert the external power box, enter your personal password or management password, press "#", then turn the knob anticlockwise to open the door.

HOW TO REMOVE THE SHELF

Gently push the 4 bendable iron strips under the shelf. When the strips are vertical, you can easily take out the shelf.

LOW BATTERY ALERT

1. If battery voltage is below 4.8V, the red light will turn on and a warning will sound.
2. If battery voltage is below 3.8V, user operation is prohibited. Six beeps will indicate that the battery is low and needs to be replaced.

VIGILANCE SETTING AND DEACTIVATION

1. Alarm on setting: In standby state, press the "*" key. The buzzer will sound and the yellow indicator light will turn on. Then it activates the vibrating alarm state.
2. Conditions for the automatic alarm to sound: ① The safe will alarm when hit by a certain external force or vibration; ② Entering the wrong password three consecutive times.
3. The duration of the alarm sound: automatically stops after 30 seconds.
4. Alarm cancellation setting: ①Enter the correct password, the green indicator light will turn on. This will immediately stop the alarm sound and turn off the vibration. ②Open the door with the key and take out the battery.

HOW TO WALL OR FLOOR MOUNTING

* Drill the appropriate size holes for the anchors you are using. * Mount the safe by running screws from inside of the safe and securing anchors. * Use proper drill tools depending on the type of floor you are mounting the safe on (wood, tile, or concrete).

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

1. To reduce the risk of theft, the safe must be fixed on the wall or floor safely.
2. Please take good care of the emergency key and store it in a secret place away from the safe. Do not put the emergency key into the safe, otherwise the emergency key will not be used to open the safe when the battery runs out.
3. Do not place the product on an unsafe overhead, so as to avoid falling, damaging the product, or injuring people.
4. Do not spill liquid on the control panel, or it may cause electric shock, damage internal electronic components, and prevent them from working properly.

WARMLY REMINDER

1. Because it is purely handmade, inside solder joints or rust stains are normal phenomena.
2. Please keep emergency keys, secret cabinet keys, and external power supply box safe.
3. The emergency key cannot open the safe of other brands or the same brand if it is unique. (Please do not try, to avoid damage to the safe and the unmatched key being taken out)
4. The protective film on the knob cover can be torn off.
5. Before closing the door, do not remove the emergency key or adjust its direction, which can avoid the lock bolt from jamming, and knob operation will be smoother.
6. The door won't shut: Make sure there are no obstructions. If the door bolts are extended, re-enter the user code and turn the knob clockwise to retract them.
