OPERATION

1. Fixed the machine on the working table by the two C-clamps.
2. To rotate the handle and press the dough easily,
3. The distance between the fixed roller and the adjustable roller can be adjusted by adjusting the handle, thickness is 0-12mm.
4. The dough is placed on the feed plate and slides out from the cplate by the extrusion of the rollers.

MAINTENANCE

1. Please clean the machine in time after use to avoid bacterial growth ensure food hygiene.
2. The working surface of the roll should be kept clean. If there is accumulation, check whether the contact between the scraper and the is tight, and whether the pressure of the compression spring is sufficient the pressure of the compression spring is insufficient, it should be ad if the surface of the roll is damaged, it should be replaced.
