How to install the LD-YG-P12 tank?

Secure the tank using a firm and reliable strap in a stable location. Ensure the arrows on the pump and hoses are correctly oriented: the arrow forward indicates the direction of the engine. Connect the fuel hose by pressing the safety lock until it clicks.

How to purge the tank before use?

Open the vent screw before refueling. Press the pump 4 to 5 times until fuel flows. It is not necessary to keep pumping once the flow is established.

What type of fuel can be used?

Use only one type of fuel at a time (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Do not mix different fuels in the tank. When changing fuel, empty the tank completely before refilling with another fuel.

How to clean the tank?

Completely empty the tank. Clean the inside with a lint-free cloth and soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reuse. Avoid abrasive products.

What to do in case of fuel leak?

Immediately stop use. Check seals and tightenings. If the leak persists, contact Vevor customer service via www.vevor.com/support. Do not use a damaged tank.

Is the tank suitable for seawater?

Yes, the LD-YG-P12 tank is designed for marine use. The HDPE material resists corrosion and humidity. Ensure the tank is properly secured to avoid movement at sea.

How to secure the tank on a boat?

Use sturdy straps to attach the tank to a solid surface of the boat. Avoid walkways or areas exposed to impact. Leave space for ventilation and access to the cap.

Can fuel be stored for a long time?

It is not recommended to store fuel for more than six months without a stabilizing additive. Over time, sediments may form. Clean the tank regularly and drain it if unused for a long time.

How to replace the vent cap?

Unscrew the old vent screw and replace it with a new one of the same size. Ensure it is tightened but not over-tight. Check the seal after replacement.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

Please read the entire operating instructions before using the product for the first time. They contain important information about correct operation.

The guarantee/warranty will be void if damage is incurred resulting from non-compliance with the operating instructions. Liability for any and all consequential damage is excluded!

The unauthorized conversion, modification, or disassembly of the product is inadmissible for safety and approval reasons (CE).

The product is not a toy and must be kept out of children's reach. Particular care must therefore be exercised if children are present.

Do not leave packing materials unattended. They may become dangerous playing material for children.

Never position the fuel tank in the vicinity of combustible or easily inflammable materials.

The fuel stored in this product is flammable and explosive material. Pay attention to fire prevention and anti-static.

The type of fuel stored in this product should be only one to reduce mixed storage of different fuels. When switching is necessary, it needs

to be completely emptied to prevent engine damage after mixing different fuels.

If the fuel is stored in the fuel tank for a long time, there will be a problem. Please clean it regularly.

When filling fuel for the first time, please check the tightness of the fuel tank to prevent fuel leakage. In serious cases, please contact us for consultation and after-sales service.

During use, please check the joints carefully and tighten them to prevent fuel leakage.

Do not overfill; please reserve expansion space. When fixing this process, bind it with a strap that is firm and reliable, and beware of being damaged by external dumping.

If the fuel cap is not used for a long time or the environment is humid, please clean it before opening the fuel cap to prevent foreign matter from being brought into the fuel tank.

After refueling, please tighten the fuel cap, otherwise the fuel will leak and spill, which will cause a certain degree of risk.

During the transfer process, prevent sharp objects from puncturing the tank and causing fuel leakage.
