How to choose the right spring for my cup type?

The dispenser comes with two springs: a strong pressure for paper or plastic cups in vertical or angled mounting, and a light pressure for foam cups or horizontal mounting. Refer to the table in the manual to choose.

How to install the dispenser in a counter?

Cut an opening of the appropriate diameter in the mounting surface. Lift the collar, adjust the adjustment ring to expose the mounting holes, place the tube in the opening, then tighten the three adjustment screws. Replace the collar.

How to adjust the ring for proper dispensing?

Turn the adjustment ring to widen or narrow the opening. Test by pulling a cup: it should come out one at a time with minimal effort. Fill the dispenser with a full stack and test again. Tighten the three adjustment screws without over-tightening.

How to clean the cup dispenser?

Remove the collar and all cups. Press down on the plate and spring, then while holding, wipe the inside with a damp soft cloth. Dry with a soft cloth. Never use abrasive products or scouring pads.

What to do if cups jam or do not come out?

First check the ring adjustment: it must be adapted to the cup diameter. Make sure you have chosen the correct spring (strong or light pressure). Clean the inside to remove any dust or debris.

Can I use foam cups with this dispenser?

Yes, foam cups are compatible. Use the light pressure spring (default spring installed at the factory) to avoid crushing the cups.

How to replace the default spring?

Refer to the 'Default Spring Replacement' section of the manual. The light pressure spring is installed at the factory. To change it, remove the collar and plate, then swap the spring. Follow the detailed instructions in the manual.

Where can I buy spare parts?

Cleanthedispenseronaregularbasis.

1.Removethebezel.
2. Removeallofthecups.
3.Pushplateandspringdown.
4. While holding down the plate, wipethe interior with asoft cloth dampcloth.
5. Drytheinteriorwithasoftcloth.
6.Reinstallthebezel.

1. Pullofftheretainingringfromthebottomthedispenser.Remove theendcap.
