INSTALLATION

MounttheDispenser

1. Cut the appropriate diameter opening in themountingsurface.
2. Liftthebezeltoremoveitfromthetubetorevelthemountingholes and thecomponentsthatcanbeadjustedtoaccommodatedifferent cupdiameters.

1. Rotatetheadjustmentringtorevealthemountingholes.

1. Placethetubeintothecutmountinghole.Markthemountinghole locations.

1. Removethedispenserfromthemountinghole.

2. Pre-drillpilotthepilotholes. Vollrathsuggestsa ^1/8 " (0.125) diameterpilotholediameterof ^1/8 " (0.125).

1. Insert the dispenser into the cutouthole and align themounting hole to the pre-drilled holes.

2. Insert the included screws into themounting holes. Tightensnuggly.

TESTTHEDISPENSER

1. Testthedispenserbypullingacupfromthetube.
2. Rotatetheadjustmentringasnecessarytoachieveone-at-timecup dispensingwithminimumdrag.
3. Fillthedispenserwithafullstackofcupsandretestthe performance.Adjusttheringasnecessary.
4. Tightenthethreeadjustingringscrews.Donotover-tighten.
5. Re-attachthebezeltothedispenser. Notethebezeldoesnotneedto beremovedtorefillcups.

CLEANING

NOTICE: Donotuseabrasivematerials, scratchingcleansersor scouringpadtocleantheunit. Thesecandamagethe finish.

Cleanthedispenseronaregularbasis.

1.Removethebezel.
2. Removeallofthecups.
3.Pushplateandspringdown.
4. While holding down the plate, wipethe interior with asoft cloth dampcloth.
5. Drytheinteriorwithasoftcloth.
6.Reinstallthebezel.

CHANGEDDEFAULTSPRING(OPTIONAL)

1. Pullofftheretainingringfromthebottomthedispenser.Remove theendcap.

NOTICE: Noticethecapisunderpressurefromthespring.

1. Removethespringandinserttheheavierweightspring.

1. Align the holes in the tubetothose in the end cap. Reinstall the end cap and retaining ring.
