3- Description technique

1- Important Safety Instructions

• This appliance may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity insufficient experience or knowledge, provided they are supervised or instructed in the safe use the appliance and that they fully understand potential dangers.
  Children should not use the appliance as a toy.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service department, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger.
• The appliance must be unplugged after use and before servicing by the user.
• The appliance must not be left unattended when connected to the mains supply.
• The appliance must not be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if there is a leak.
• This appliance must not be used by children. Kee the appliance and its cable out of the reach of children.
• CAUTION: Make sure the mixer is unplugged before removing it from its base.

• Unplug the device after use and store it in a dry a clean place.
• Always disconnect the device from the power sup if it is left unattended and before mounting, dismantling or cleaning.

4- Using the appliance

Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the bowl, blade, funnel and saucer in warm water with detergent using a sponge or a soft cloth. One wipe with a sponge is sufficient to clean the motor and the body of the appliance. Never put the motor in water.

Ingredients :

• 1 egg yolk at room temperature
• A teaspoon of mustard
• 150ml sunflower oil (fill up to the white line)
• A teaspoon of white vinegar

Step 1: Place the pivoting blade in the bowl.

Step 2: Add an egg yolk, a teaspoon of mustard and a tablespoon of vinegar to the bowl.

Step 3: Place the saucer in the bowl, letting it slide along the axis of the blade. Push the saucer to the bottom of the bowl.

Step 4: Add oil to the level indicated on the bowl.

Step 5: Place the funnel and the motor on the bowl and plug the appliance to the mains.

Step 6: Hold the bowl firmly with one hand and with the other hand turn the motor to the right while pressing it down at the same time for one minute. The appliance will start running.

Step 7: Repeat step 6 to the left for one minute.

The mayonnaise is now ready.

Step 8: Unplug the appliance and remove the motor and funnel from the bowl.

Step 9: Remove the saucer from the bowl by pulling the axis of the blade upwards. You can then remove the mayonnaise from the bowl.

At the end of preparation, it is possible that an excess of oil remains on the surface.

Simply mix it with the mayonnaise.

5- Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that it is unplugged from the power supply.

To clean the bowl, blade, funnel and saucer, use hot and detergent with a sponge or soft cloth. Never use abrasive sponge or scouring powder on the applianc this may damage it.

To clean the motor, a simple wipe with a spot sufficient. Never immerse it in water.

Store the appliance in a dry place.

Warranty terms and conditions

This product is warranted for a period agreed with the distributor from the date of purchase against any failure resulting from a defect in workmanship or material. This

warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper installation, improper use or abnormal wear and tear of the product.

The unit must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the sales receipt provided that it has been handled properly. Therefore, please observe the above operating and safety instructions. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee your appliance if you or a third party have carried out modifications or repairs to it.

Selective collection of electrical and electronic waste

Electrical products must not be disposed of with household products. According to the European Directive 2012/19/EU for the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in national law, used electrical products must be collected separately and disposed of at the collection points provided for this purpose. Please contact your local authority or your dealer for recycling advice.
