- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with flammable propellant in this appliance.
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
- Children from 3 to 8 years old are allowed to load and unload refrigeration appliances.

To avoid food contamination, please follow the below instructions:

Prolonged opening of the door can lead to a significant increase in the temperature of the appliance compartment.
- Clean regularly the surfaces that might be in contact with food and accessible evacuation systems.
- Keep the raw meat and fish in the refrigerator compartments so they are not in contact with each other or do not drip on each other.
- The “two-star” compartments are suitable for storing pre-frozen food, storing, or making ice cream, and making ice cubes.
- Compartments with “one, two, or three stars” are not suitable for freezing fresh food.
- If the refrigerator appliance remains empty for a long period of time, unplug it by defrosting, cleaning, drying, and leaving the door open to prevent the development of mould inside the appliance.
- WARNING: When positioning the appliance, make sure that the power cable is not trapped or damaged.
- WARNING: Do not place multiple mobile sockets or mobile power supplies on the rear of the appliance.
- The appliance can be used during camping and/or in cars.
- The appliance must not be exposed to rain.
- WARNING: Keep the ventilation grilles of the enclosure of the appliance or of the built-in cabinet clear.
- WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or similar to accelerate the defrosting process other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- WARNING: Do not use electrical devices inside the preservation of food compartments unless they're of a type recommended by the manufacturer.
- WARNING: Do not damage the refrigeration circuit.
Temperature range
- The temperature range information of the appliance can be found on the product marking. Indicates the optimum room temperature (at which the appliance operates) for proper operation of the appliance.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the appliance when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.
3. OPERATION
Household socket
- Make sure that the mode switch is in the OFF position before connecting the mini fridge to a power outlet.
- Plug the AC power cable into the AC connector of the mini fridge.

Place the mini fridge on a stable surface and plug the other end of the cable into a power outlet.

Set the switch to Cooling mode or Heating mode.
Car plug socket
- Keep the switch in the OFF position before connecting the mini fridge to the socket in your car.
- Plug the DC power cable into the DC connector of the mini fridge.
- Place the mini fridge on a stable surface and plug the other end of the cable into the connector in your car.
- Set the switch to Cooling mode or Heating mode.
WARNING:
- For the operation of the mini fridge, it is necessary to use the car engine.
- Do not leave the mini fridge running in the car with the engine switched off.
Internal temperature
- The temperature inside the refrigerator will not immediately reach the desired temperature when it is switched on.
- It usually takes about 2 hours to reach the desired temperature. The minimum temperature of the mini fridge varies according to the ambient temperature.
Cool down
- For faster cooling, store cold drinks in the mini fridge.
- Temperature depends on the environment. The colder the ambient temperature, the cooler the mini fridge will be. Ambient temperature is the temperature of surrounding air.
- When the ambient temperature is 25^ , it may be cooled down to about 10^ .
Heating
- The appliance is also designed to keep warm. It is not designed to directly heat up cold items.
- After switching the mini fridge off, hot items will maintain their temperature for several hours, provided the door is properly closed. Temperature dwell time will vary depending on environmental conditions.
- Take care to avoid burns during use of the mini fridge in Heating mode.
- When the room temperature is 25^ , it may be cooled down to about 10^ .
Note:
- The green indicator light indicates that Cooling mode is enabled, while the red indicator light indicates that Heating mode is enabled.
- Make sure that the mode switch is at least 30 minutes in the off position before switching between modes.

Ventilation and heat dissipation
Warning
- Never use the mini fridge in a car with a voltage of 24V, or in a house with a voltage other than 220-240V. This will cause malfunctions and fire.
- This product should not be used near water and at high temperatures to avoid malfunctions, electric shock and other accidents.
- Transforming or tampering with the mini fridge and power cord will result in malfunction and fire.
- In summer, do not place the mini fridge inside the car or in the boot and other high temperature places to avoid appliance failure.
- When using the appliance in the car, be sure to switch on the engine and, if the engine is switched off, disconnect the power cable.
- Unplug the power cord when the appliance is not to be used for a long period of time.
- Do not block the air inlet or drain hole, as the appliance will not cool down or heat up.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Make sure to unplug the appliance after use and before storing it.
- Store the mini fridge in a cool, dry place. Always make sure it is completely dry before storing it.
- Always let the mini fridge dry completely with the door open before storing it. Keep the door open while the appliance reaches room temperature to avoid moisture and mould formation inside the appliance.
- Clean the mini fridge with a soft, damp cloth.
- It is common for condensation to form inside the mini fridge be sure to clean it frequently to prevent bad odours and ensure proper operation.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
The mini fridge doesn't work
- Check the indicator lights. If the indicator light is off or goes on and off, check the state of the electrical connection.
- Make sure the sockets are in good condition and clean them if necessary.
The mini fridge does not reach the desired temperature
- Make sure that the switch is in the desired mode and check if the fan is working properly. If the mini fridge is not working properly, please contact the official Cecotec Service Centre.
- The lowest possible temperature depends on the surrounding environment. The colder the ambient temperature, the cooler the mini fridge will be.
Tips for better cooling
- Place the appliance more than 5 cm away from the wall to ensure good heat dissipation.
- To ensure optimum performance, do not use the mini fridge in places with a high ambient temperature.
- Avoid direct cooling of hot objects.
Condensation/frost appearing inside
- The mini fridge works on a thermoelectric system and the difference in temperature between inside and outside or frequent opening of the door will cause interior condensation or frost formation, which is normal.
- It is not recommended to keep the door open or to open or close it frequently. Do not attempt to directly cool down hot items.

8. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES
