USER MANUAL IK1501 IDEAL
/EN/ The disposal of used electrical and electronic equipment (applies to European Union countries and other European countries with separate waste-collection systems).
This symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that it should not be classified as household waste. It should be handed over to an appropriate company dealing with the collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. The correct disposal of the product will prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health resulting from hazardous substances present in the product. - Set the appliance on a flat, stable and high temperature resistant surface.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by pulling the plug, not the power cord.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains whenever it is not used or before cleaning it.
- Do not immerse the cord or the appliance in water.
- Do not hang the cord on sharp edges and do not let it touch hot surfaces.
- Do not use in open air.
- Do not use nearby inflammable materials such as furniture, bedding, paper, clothes, lace curtains, linings etc.
- Do not leave children without care nearby the appliance parts of the appliance become hot when the appliance.

WARNING
- The appliance operates at high temperatures. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the fryer (basket (2), the inside of the appliance and the vents (6)) as this may cause burns.
- Do not fill up the basket (2) oil, drying fat or any other liquid.
In the basket (2) do not place more products than stated in Table 1, as it may affect the quality of the meal. - Do not cover the intake and outflow air openings.
- Ensure sufficient space around the appliance - at least 10cm.

INTENDEDUSE
Air fryer IK1501 allows to prepare meals in a very comfortable way, and, first of all, in a healthy way. Hot air circulating in the appliance makes preparation of various means a quick and easy task, as the ingredients are heated from all sides at the same time. In case of majority of meals, adding oil is not needed.
- SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE
- Make sure that the appliance, the plug and the power cord are in order and that all parts of the packaging have been removed before you start using the appliance.
Important: The appliance may give off a smell while being used for the first time. The smell is associated with the manufacturing procedure. It is a natural process which ceases to occur after a certain period of time. Ensure a suitable ventilation in the room, e.g. by opening a window. The first use of the appliance should be without products.
USE
Before first use of the device, read the instruction manual.
- Place the device on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure it is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Place the basket (2) on a heat-resistant surface. Insert the rack (4) into the basket (2).
WARNING: Do not use the basket (2) without the rack (4) inserted.
- Place the prepared ingredients into the basket (2). Optionally, you can add 1 teaspoon of oil to the ingredients.
- Do not fill the basket (2) with more ingredients than indicated in TABLE 1.
- Do not fill the basket above the "MAX" level. The ingredients should not extend beyond the edge of the basket.
- The basket (2) should slide freely into the main unit (1). Remember that some ingredients increase in volume during cooking.
- Slide the basket (2) into the main unit (1).

Plug the device into a power outlet matching the specified parameters; a single beep will sound, all indicators on the control panel (5) will flash once, the power switch indicator will light up, and "OFF" will appear on the display. The device will be in standby mode.

Touch the power switch - the indicators on the control panel (5) will light up.

Press the button to select the desired program - the program indicator will start flashing, and the display will show the programmed time and temperature. These values can be adjusted using the buttons.
- After cooking, remove the basket (2) by holding the handle (3). Be cautious as very hot steam may escape when removing the basket.
- Place the basket (2) on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Remove the hot ingredients. To avoid damaging the inner surface of the basket (2), use wooden utensils or utensils made of heat-resistant materials.
WARNING:
The device will not operate without the basket (2) properly inserted.
Removing the basket (2) during operation will turn off the device.
Do not touch the basket or the interior of the device as they will be very hot.
- After use, unplug the device from the power outlet.
TIPS
Chips
When frying fresh potatoes, first rinse and dry them thoroughly to remove excess moisture and starch. Halfway through the frying cycle, shake the basket (2) and/or stir the smaller ingredients to and ensure even frying.
Cakes
Ready-made cakes prepared from a ready mix require a shorter baking time than homemade cakes. Pour the batter into a separate tin(s) rather than directly into the basket (2).
Meat
When frying large pieces of meat with excess fat and oil accumulating on the bottom of the basket (2), use heat-resistant nylon or silicone tongs to remove the products. Avoid tipping the basket (2) over, as this will cause fat and residual oil to leak onto the plate or countertop.

- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING: No parts of the device are dishwasher safe.
- Before starting to clean the device, unplug it from the power outlet and let it cool down.
WARNING: The device takes approximately 30 minutes to cool down completely.
- Do not use sharp or pointed objects to clean the device, as this can damage functional parts or compromise the safety of the device.
- Wash the basket (2) and rack (4) with warm soapy water. It is best to wash them immediately after use. After rinsing with clean water, dry them immediately.
- Never immerse the main unit (1) in water or rinse it under running water. Clean the main unit (1) and the heating chamber with a damp cloth.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of any problems with the appliance, check the following table:
