FUNCTIONANDPURPOSE
This equipment is intended to keep food at proposals serving temperatures. Hot food stations are intended for use in commercial food service operations. Hot food stations are not intended to cook raw food or prepare prepared food. Food must be prepared and placed in food stations at proposals serving temperatures. Hot food stations are not intended for household, industrial or laboratory use.

If you equipment include sthenon-NSF2breathguard, the breath guard will need to be installed.
- Install the breath guard upright to the studsecuring with cap nuts as shown. Repeat for all four uprights.
- Installthebreathguardsupporttubebetweentheuprightssecuring withcapnutsasshown.Repeatontheotherside.
- Installbreathguardtopsecuringwithscrewsandcapnutsas shown.Repeatforallfourmountinglocations.
- Install the breath guardend panel to the upright security with cap nuts as shown. Repeat on the otherside

OPERATION

Donottouchhotfood, liquidorheatingsurfaceswhile equipmentisheatingoroperating.
NOTICE: Using avoltage other than name platerated voltage will caused damage to the unit. Incorrect voltage, modification to the power cord electrical components and damage unit and will avoid the warranty.
NOTICE: Drop-inmeets NSF4 performance standards only when using moistheat. Operation with water is required for even heating of the food product.
NOTICE: Donotusefoodpansdeeperthan4"(10cm).
- Placespillagepansinthewellopening.
- Filleachspillagepanwithapproximatelytwoquartsofcleanfresh water. Donotoverfill.
- Plugelectrical power cord into a outlet that matches herated voltage on the name plate.
- Turnthetemperaturecontroltothemaximumheatsetting.
5.Coverthewellswithemptyfoodcontainersorcovers.Allowthe watertopreheatfor60minutes. - Place containers of hot food, above 140°F (60°C), into the preheated equipment.
- Reducetheheatsettingtoalevelthatwillmaintainasafeholding temperatureandmaintainfoodquality.
NOTICE:Monitorfoodtemperaturecloselyforfoodsafety.The UnitedStatesPublicHealthServicerecommendsthathot foodbeheldataminimumof140°F(60°C)tohelpprevent bacteriagrowth.
- Maintain the water level during operation. Periodically (approximately every two hours) removal the containers of food and check the water level. Add hot water if needed.
- Use gloves, mittsorpotholderstoprotechands when removing hot food containers.
CLEANING

RemovingMinorScratches
