Read these instructions carefully before using this appliance for the first time and keep them for future use.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• This appliance is intended for domestic and indoor use only.
• This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lacking experience or knowledge, if they are properly supervised or if they have been given instructions on how to use the appliance safely and if the risks involved have been understood. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by unsupervised children.

- The product is not suitable for use in barns, stables and similar premises.

- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.

- The appliance must not be used in locations where flammable vapours or explosive dusts are likely to be present.

- Do not operate the appliance if it is damaged. No parts can be replaced by the user. Contact your after-sales service to avoid any danger.

USE

Before using for the first time :

Before using the swatter for the first time, make sure it is fully charged. It takes 4 hours of charging for 8 hours of use. When charging the swatter, make sure the switch is in the 'OFF' position. The swatter is charged using the USB-C cable supplied.

To activate the swatter :

Slide the power switch to the 'ON1' position. Then press the activation button as shown in the image below. The swatter is now ready for use. Wave the swatter towards the mosquito.

Release the activation button and slide the switch to the 'OFF' position after use.

You can also attract mosquitoes by switching on the LED light. To switch the LED light on, turn the switch to the ON2 position, then press the activation button and wave the swatter at the mosquito.

To switch off the LED light, turn the switch to the ON1 or OFF position. The swatter is also equipped with an automatic mode. Simply flip the

switch to this position to activate this mode. The automatic mode works like a mosquito-killing lamp. In this mode, the device automatically attracts and kills the mosquito without you having to press the activation button. The swatter can be hung on the wall using the integrated hook on the handle, or placed on a folded table as shown in the images below.

The swatter is fitted with an insert for the bait. Place the bait in the insert, located on the handle (see image below). 1 piece of bait is supplied with the swatter (ref 003149).

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE NET DURING USE.

After use, make sure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position. DO NOT TOUCH the metal net for several seconds after the swatter has been switched off.

Use only the USB-C cable supplied with this device.

This device contains batteries that cannot be replaced.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Shake the swatter or clean it with a soft brush after each use to remove dead insects.

GUARANTEE

This product is guaranteed for a period agreed with the distributor from the date of purchase against any defect resulting from faulty workmanship or materials. This guarantee does not cover defects or damage resulting from incorrect installation, incorrect use or abnormal wear and tear of the product.

The appliance must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt, provided it has been handled correctly. Please follow the instructions for use and safety instructions set out above. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee your appliance if you or a third party have carried out modifications or repairs to it.

SELECTIVE COLLECTION OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC WASTE

Electrical products must not be disposed of with household waste. Under European Directive 2012/19/EU on the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in national law, used electrical products must be collected separately and disposed of at the collection points provided for this purpose. Contact your local authority or dealer for advice on recycling.
