Can I install this mount on drywall alone?

No, the mount must not be installed on drywall alone. It requires a wood stud or a solid concrete wall.

What is the maximum weight this mount can support?

The manual does not specify a maximum weight. Ensure your TV is not heavier than the limits indicated in the manual. If in doubt, contact technical support.

What VESA sizes are compatible?

This mount is compatible with VESA patterns from 75x75 mm to 200x200 mm. TVs outside this range are not compatible.

What tools are needed for installation?

You will need a stud finder, a drill, a 5.5 mm drill bit (wood) or 10 mm (concrete), a 13 mm socket wrench, a level, a Phillips screwdriver, a pencil, and possibly a hammer drill for concrete.

How to install the mount on a wood frame wall?

Locate the studs, mark the holes, drill 5.5 mm pilot holes, then attach the wall plate with the provided lag bolts using a socket wrench. Do not overtighten.

How to install the mount on a concrete wall?

Drill 10 mm holes, insert concrete anchors, then attach the wall plate with the lag bolts. Ensure the wall is at least 140 mm thick.

How to adjust the TV tilt?

Tilt the TV to the desired angle. If necessary, slightly loosen the side tension knobs (with the provided Allen key), then retighten to lock.

How to remove the TV from the mount?

Pull the safety straps while applying slight pressure to the front of the TV. Once the locks are disengaged, lift the TV. It is recommended to have two people for this operation.

What if the provided bolts are too long or too short?

Use the provided spacers to adjust the length. Ensure the threads engage at least 5 turns. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the TV.

• The wall must be capable of supporting four times the weight of the TV and mount combined.

Weight Restrictions

If your TV weighs more, do not use this product.

WARNING

DO NOT exceed the maximum weight indicated. This mounting system is intended for use only within the maximum weights indicated. Use with products heavier than the maximum weights indicated may result in failure of the mount and its accessories, causing damage and or injury.

Check the VESA Pattern of Your TV before the Installation

Minimum VESA pattern: 75mm/3 in (W) x 75mm/3 in (H)

If your TV VESA is greater than 200x200 mm/8x8 in or less than VESA 75x75mm/3x3 in, this mount is NOT compatible.

CAUTION: When attaching the TV brackets to the back of the TV, ensure the Up Arrows are pointing to the top of the TV and are equally centered on the back of the TV.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: The bolt hole locations on your TV may vary in accordance of the manufacturers design of the TV. We are only illustrating possible locations of the bolt holes.

Option B (For Round Back TV)

Phillips Screwdriver (Not Included)

Spacers must be tall enough so that the curve on the back of the TV will not interfere with the mounting plate.

Option C (For TV with A "Bump")

Spacers must be tall enough so there is no gap between TV bracket and bump on the back of the TV.

Option D (for TV with Cable Interference)

For cable interference, use spacers [G1] and [G2] to create extra space between the TV and TV brackets.

Option E (For Recessed Holes)

The spacer needs to fill in the recessed holes on the back of the TV so that the TV brackets are as close to the TV as possible.

Step 2 Attach the Wall Plate [01] to the Wall

For wood stud installation, follow STEP 2A

For concrete installation, follow STEP 2B

Step 2A Wood Stud Option

WARNING:

Do not use a drill for tightening the lag screws! Only use a socket wrench.

Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01].

DO NOT USE ANCHOR [A2] FOR THIS STEP.

Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.

● Nominal wood stud size: common 2 x 4 in (51 x 102 mm)
● Stud center must be verified.

Stud Finder (Not Included)

Awl (Not Included)

Use a stud finder (not included) to locate wood studs or use an awl (not included) to verify the edges. Mark the edge and center locations.

Position the wall plate [01] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate [01] and mark the holes.

Drill pilot holes using a 7/32 in (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 3/4 in (70mm).

NOTE: Do not use a drill to tighten the lag screws. Only use a socket wrench.

Install the wall plate using lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] is pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1].

Step 2B Solid Concrete Wall Option

WARNING:

Do not use a drill for tightening the lag screws! Only use a socket wrench.

• Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] is pulled firmly against the wall plate.
  ● Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
  ● Mount the wall plate directly onto the concrete surface without any covering.
  ● The thickness of the concrete wall must exceed 5.5 in (140 mm).

Position the wall plate [01] at your desired height. Level the wall plate [01] and mark the pilot hole locations.

Drill 3 pilot holes using a 3/8 in (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 3 in (75mm).

Use the hammer to knock anchors [A2] into the wall. Be sure the anchors [A2] are seated flush with the concrete surface.

Install the wall plate [01] using lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] is pulled firmly against the wall plate [01]. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1].

Step 3 Secure the TV onto the Wall Plate

To Hang TV onto the Wall Plate

1. Hang the TV with brackets [02] and [03] onto the wall plate.
2. Gently press the bottom of the TV towards the wall until you hear the safety locks "click" into place on both sides of the mount.

HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step.

CAUTION: to avoid potential injury and person property damage, two people should assist in removing the TV from the mount.

1. Verify that all cables are disconnected from the back of the TV and the TV is unplugged from wall.
2. While gently applying pressure to the front of the TV towards the wall, pull down on the safety straps until they are full disengaged.
3. While keeping the straps in the disengaged position, move the bottom of the TV away from the wall and lift the TV off the wall plate.

Tilt Adjustment

1. Tilt the TV to your desired angle (if it is difficult to adjust the TV, you can slightly loosen the side tension knobs [K] by hand or using the allen key).
2. Re-tighten the side tension knobs [K] to hold the TV in place and prevent unwanted movement.

CAUTION!

Please do not over-tighten or over-loosen the knobs.
