How to access the router's web management page?

Connect your computer to the router (WiFi or cable). Open a browser and enter http://tplinkmodem.net or http://192.168.1.1. Use the default username and password (admin/admin) or create a new password if prompted.

What to do if I cannot access the web management page?

Make sure your computer is set to obtain an IP address automatically. Check the entered URL (http://tplinkmodem.net or http://192.168.1.1). Try another browser, restart the router, or disable/re-enable the network card.

How can I connect to the internet using a SIM card?

Insert the SIM card into the slot until it clicks. Plug in the adapter and turn on the router. Make sure the Internet LED is on. If not, check coverage, credit, and PIN settings in the web interface.

What to do if I forgot the WiFi password?

The default WiFi password is printed on the label at the bottom of the router. If it has been changed, log into the web management page (http://tplinkmodem.net) to retrieve or reset it.

How to restore factory settings on the router?

With the router on, press and hold the RESET button on the back until the power LED blinks. The router will restart with factory settings. You can also do this from the web interface.

Customize the 5G/4G+ Router

1 Make sure your computer is connected to the router (via wired or wireless).
2 Enter http://tplinkmodem.net or http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar of a web browser. Based on the actual web management login page: use the default admin for both username and password or create a new password to log in.
3 Follow the step-by-step instructions on the Quick Setup page to complete the initial configuration.

Q1. What should I do if I cannot access the web management page?

• Verify that the computer is set to obtain an IP address automatically from the router.

2 Verify if the total used data exceeds the total allowance. If it does, correct the total allowance and set the total used data to 0, or disable the data limit.

- Check the Mobile Data:

1 Open a web browser and log in to the web management page.
2 Enable the mobile data to access the internet.
