What to do if the remote control does not work?

Check the batteries: insert new alkaline batteries respecting polarity. Make sure no obstacle blocks the signal between the remote and the TV (range up to 10 meters). If the problem persists, remove the batteries for 30 seconds and reinsert them.

Why is there no sound on external speakers?

Check the connection: for Bluetooth, pair via Settings > Remotes & Accessories. For HDMI ARC, select 'External audio system' in Settings > Sound. Make sure the cable is properly inserted and the volume is set to an audible level.

How to clean the TV screen?

Turn off the TV and wipe the screen with a dry microfiber cloth or slightly damp with LCD screen cleaner. Never spray liquid directly on the screen. Avoid abrasive products.

What to do if digital channels are not found?

Use an external antenna with amplifier (gain ≥ 30 dB). Point the antenna towards the nearest TV tower. In the menu, go to Settings > Channels > Channel setup and select the appropriate mode (antenna or cable). Perform a manual search.

How to use the voice search function?

The RC40/60 remote has a voice search button. Press the Google Assistant button (microphone) and speak into the remote's microphone. Make sure the TV is connected to the Internet and the Google service is enabled.

Why does the remote pointer not work?

The pointer requires the Leanback app installed. Open the settings from the notification (pointer button). Connect to Wi-Fi and install the app via Google Play. After installation, press the pointer button again. The pointer speed can be adjusted by pressing the pointer button and directional key simultaneously (right to speed up, left to slow down).

How to connect the TV to the Internet?
