Theimpellerrotatesforafewsecondsafteryou turnofftheblowerandcancutorinjurefingers. Donotremovethebottominletcoverwhenthe motorisrunningorwhentheunitispluggedinto apoweroutlet.

Connecting to a Power Source
Useonlyapolarized(i.e., onebladeiswiderthanthe other), ULlisted(CSAcertifiedinCanada)extension cordrecommendedforoutdooruse.Apolarizedplug willfitinapolarizedcordonlyoneway.Iftheplug doesnotfitfullyinthecord,reversethecord.Ifitstill doesnotfit,purchaseapolarizedextensioncord.Do notchangethepluginanyway.

Warning

If you donotfully seat the extension cordon the inlet plug, the loose plug could lead to overheating and cause a fire, possibly burning you or others.
Ensure that you fully seat the chord on the plug and set the chord lock feature to secure the cord.

Troubleshooting
If your blowerfailstorun when you turniton, consult the following list before contacting your Authorized Toro Dealer:
- Ensure that the bottominlet cover or vacuum tube is locked in place.
- Ensure that the power cord is secured in place on the back of the blower and that the plug is fully seated.
