• Always fill the grill pan with water before you switch on the appliance. The water helps to cool down the grill pan, reduces the buildup of smoke, and also facilitates cleaning.

• Ensure that the water level is kept between the 'Min.' and 'Max.' markings at all times during use.

The water level indicator can be found inside the tank.

2. Regarding the instructions for cleaning with food, thanks to refer to the below paragraph of the manual surfaces in contact.

õefore using for the first time

Remove any packaging materials from the appliance. Clean the tank, tray salvage dealer of fat and the grill pan. The tank must be filled with water up between MIN and MAX marking, never fill water on the heating element, it will damage it. Plug the appliance. Let the grill heat up for a moment without any food, this will reduce the smell when first switching on a new grill.

Use of the device

Caution: do not, under any circumstances, cover the grill rack with aluminous foil, barbecue dishes or other items, as the resulting build-up of heat could cause irreparable damage to the grill.

When grilling food with a high fat or moisture content, splashes are not always avoidable.

Iways ensure that the water level is kept above the 'Min.' mark so add water during the heating to keep right level and ensure that it does not come into contact with the heating element.

Before the grill is used, always check that the heating element is correctly fitted in the grill pan and safely locked. Do not connect the grill to mains power until the grill pan has been filled with water. The tray salvage dealer of fat must be immersed and take care of not pour water on the heating element.

Use only the supplied tray salvage dealer of fat.

Ensure that the grill is not stored outdoors. Or in any other location where it might be subjected to extremes of temperature or high humidity.

1. The tank must be filled with water up between MIN and MAX marking, never fill water on the heating element, it will damage it. Plug the appliance.
2. Set the thermostat control knob on the temperature MAX and after 5-10 minutes, heating element is ready. The indicator light turns on and off during the heating, the temperature is maintained.
3. The water in the tank will evaporate during use. So you must to fill up water from time to time. Be careful not to pour water on the heating element.
4. When you grilling the food stuffs, you have to return them sometimes with adapted accessories and you can choose the temperature you want.
5. The grill can also be used to keep the food warm: by turning the thermostat control knob back to a lower position or by using the keep warn grill of the windshield.
6. When grilling is finished, turn the thermostat to "0" (off position) and disconnect the grill from the mains supply socket.

ãleaning and maintenance

Caution: Do not use wire brush or any abrasive items or liquids to clean the appliance.

Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the barbecue. Ensure that the appliance has completely cooled down;

Then you should remove thermostat control knob and heating element from the tank, never immerse them in water. Never switch the heating element on when it is not placed onto the appliance. Clean the tank, tray salvage dealer of fat and the grill pan with warm soapy water and dry afterwards.

Use damp cloth to clean the heating element. Do not use dishwasher. After cleaning, the grill should be stored indoors in a dry location.
