What comb diameter can I use?
You can use combs up to 2 inches (51 mm) in diameter, allowing you to bind up to 500 sheets.
Does the machine work manually or electrically?
The CB25E Pro is an electric model: punching is done via a pedal (model CB25E) or a handle (model CB25). Binding is done by operating the comb opening handle.
How do I adjust the punching margin?
A black button on the left side of the machine allows you to select the margin depth. Turn it to adjust the margin to the document thickness.
Can I punch paper sizes other than US Letter?
The machine is designed for US Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches). For other sizes, use the disengageable punches to adjust the punching to the paper length.
How do I maintain the binding machine?
Empty the confetti drawer regularly (fig. 1). Do not punch metal objects. Keep the machine on a flat, stable surface. Do not lift it by the handle.
What should I do if the machine does not work or makes noise?
First check the power supply (outlet, cable). Make sure the confetti drawer is not full. If the problem persists, unplug the device and contact GBC technical support at 1-800-541-0094 (USA).
Is the warranty international?
The 1-year limited warranty is valid in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. For other countries, contact the local distributor.

The CB25E Pro is equipped with a pedal for electric punching. If you prefer a manual version, the CB25 Pro model uses a handle.
