What is the maximum weight capacity of the ACC310 cart?

The work platform supports up to 20 kg, each shelf up to 43.54 kg and each adapter shelf up to 3 kg. Do not exceed these limits.

Can I put a TV or monitor on the cart?

No, it is forbidden to use a TV or monitor on top of the cart. The cart is designed only for mobile devices up to 15.6 inches.

How to connect the cart for charging?

Open the rear door, place the adapter in the designated compartment, plug the power cord into the mains socket (220-240V), then route the DC cables to the front. Open the front door, place the devices in the bays and connect the DC connectors. Make sure the power cord is securely fastened before moving the cart.

Can the cart be moved easily?

Yes, thanks to its four 5-inch casters (two lockable and two directional locking). It should only be moved by adults, after unplugging the power cord and removing devices from the work platform.

What should I do if my devices do not charge?

Check that the power cords are not damaged, that they are properly connected, and that the mains socket provides stable current. Also refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual for more details.

How to clean and maintain the cart?

Unplug the device before any cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use abrasive products or solvents. Regularly check that the screws and casters are tight.

What are the important safety instructions?

Do not sit, climb, or stand on the cart. Do not obstruct the ventilation openings. Do not move the cart with devices on the work platform. Always unplug before moving. Use only indoors. Respect the indicated maximum loads.

(work platform maximum loading = 20kg / 44.09lbs; each shelf maximum loading = 15kg / 30.07lbs). ■ DO NOT put any devices over the maximum loading weight on top of the cart. ■ When moving the cart, DO NOT put any devices (ex: TV, Monitor, Documents camera...etc.) on top of cart. ■ DO NOT use a TV/monitor on top of the cart. ■ Disconnect the power from the outlet before moving the cart. ■ While moving the cart, make sure the power cord is secured and tightly wrapped. ■ When moving carts over uneven flooring, please try to slightly lift and stabilize the cart to avoid damage.

Installation

[Note]

1. It is recommended to use cable ties (optional) to secure and manage cables.
2. It is recommended to allocate 2 persons for efficient device cabling.

Adapter Installation

1. Open the rear door.
2. Place the power adapter into the individual adapter compartment.
3. Pass the DC-end of the adapter cable to the front of the cart through the space provided.
4. Plug-in the AC-end power cord to the corresponding power AC socket.
5. Bundle the cable and secure it with a cable tie or zip-tie (not supplied).

Cable Management

1. Open front door.
2. Route the cable through the cable hook as shown in the figure.
3. Place the mobile device into the bay.
4. Plug in the DC-connector to the mobile device.

Troubleshooting

Q: Why are all of my devices plugged in but not charging?

A: 1. Make sure power cords are undamaged.

1. Make sure power cords are firmly inserted into the available socket with the stable current.
2. Make sure the power plug and current consumption are compliant with your country specification standards.

Q: How do I know if my devices will exceed more than the allotted current?

A: Have a qualified electrician verify the current consumption of your devices. Perform the test with devices installed and batteries discharged.

Q: When I plug in the device it trips the circuit breaker. What is wrong?

A: You may have other equipment or appliances sharing the same circuit that is causing a circuit overload. Have a qualified electrician check that adequate power is available in the circuit.
