How to activate the intensive speed on the Pando TIL-2 hood?

Press button C to activate intensive speed. This function temporarily increases suction power.

How to use the automatic shut-off timer?

Press button D: the hood and lights will turn off after 15 minutes. To cancel, press button D again.

What is the Air Pur function and how to activate it?

With the hood off, press button D for 3 seconds. The motor will run 10 minutes every 50 minutes at speed 1, for a maximum of 24 hours. Button A flashes during the cycle. Pressing any other button (except light) returns to normal mode.

How to know when to clean the grease filter?

Button B flashes every 30 hours of use to indicate that the grease filter needs cleaning. Reset the alarm by pressing button E for 3 seconds (motor running).

How to know when to replace the carbon filter?

Button E flashes at a frequency of 0.5 seconds every 120 hours of use, even if the filter is not used. Replace or wash the filter according to type, then press button E for 3 seconds (motor running) to reset.

What to do if the grease and carbon filter alarms are active at the same time?

Buttons B and E flash simultaneously. Perform maintenance on both filters, then reset each alarm by pressing button E for 3 seconds (motor running).

Can I replace the LED bulbs myself?

No, handling LED lamps is complex and poses a risk of electric shock. Entrust any intervention to the Pando authorized technical service or a qualified professional installer.

How to reset the maintenance alarm?

Make sure the motor is running, then press button E for 3 seconds. The alarm resets and the flashing stops.

LED type lights involve a complex manipulation in addition to an air connection involving an internal connector risk of electric shock, therefore this type of handling must be done by the Pando official technical service or a qualified and authorized professional. The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused by mishandling of the L ED lights by unauthorized personnel.

• Function “THIRD SPEED / INTENSIVE SPEED”. Pressing button C activates the INTENSIVE SPEED.
• Function “AUTO STOP TIMER”: By pressing button D, the hood and lights will turn off after 15 minutes. The timer function can be cancelled by pressing the button again.
• Pressing button D for 3 seconds (with the hood turned off) activates the “CLEAN AIR” function. This function runs the motor for 10 minutes every 50 minutes at 1st speed, during which time button A will blink. After this period, the motor turns off and button D remains steadily lit until the motor starts again at 1st speed after another 50 minutes. Pressing any button, except the light button, immediately returns the hood to its normal operation. You can use the clean air function for a maximum of 24 hours

Maintenance of grease/activated carbon filters:

• When button B flashes, the grease filters must be cleaned. The alarm is activated every 30 hours of use. To reset it, press button E for 3 seconds (with the engine running).
• When button E flashes at a frequency of 0.5 sec. the activated carbon filters must be replaced or washed depending on the type. The alarm is activated every 120 hours of use, even if the filter is not used. To reset it, press button E for 3 seconds (with the engine running).
• When both alarms are active, buttons B and E flash if the alarm is activated multaneously.
• When the hood is switched off, the filter alarm is not displayed.
