1. Safety instructions

1. For your safety, do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors or liquids near this or any other appliance. Keep the area free and clear of combustible materials.
2. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service, or maintenance can cause property damage, injury, or death. Carefully read the installation, operating, and maintenance instructions before installing or servicing this equipment.
3. Instructions must be posted in a prominent location. All safety precautions should be taken if the user smells gas.
4. These models are designed, built, and sold for commercial use only. If these models are accessible to the general public, ensure that cautions, warnings, and operating instructions are clearly posted near each unit so that anyone using the equipment does so correctly, avoiding injury or damage.
5. All maintenance and repairs should be handled by a factory-authorized agent. Contact your authorized service representative before performing any maintenance or repairs.
6. This product is intended for commercial use only.
7. Installation must comply with all local codes.

2. Operation

After unpacking the waffle machine, place it in a secure location. Remove all packing materials from the device, including any protective film. Be aware that any materials used for packaging or protection could melt or become combustible when the waffle machine is in operation.

Carefully inspect the device for any potential damage. Check the power cord and plug for any signs of damage. Do not operate the waffle machine if any damage is found. Instead, contact your dealer immediately or reach out to the manufacturer's service representative.

Ensure that the waffle machine is connected to a properly protected grounded power outlet with an appropriate fuse. If you're uncertain, always consult a qualified electrician.

The installation site must be stable, without any wobbling, and the surface should be flat. Ensure no flammable objects are placed near the appliance, and that there is adequate space around the machine. The installation area must also have sufficient ventilation, such as an exhaust hood.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in the manufacturer not being liable for any damages. The owner is responsible for proper setup and adherence to all safety guidelines.

Before each use:

• Clean the waffle machine according to the cleaning and maintenance instructions provided in this manual.
- Ensure that only original parts from the manufacturer are installed on the device. Do not use any unauthorized spare parts, as they could pose hazards such as fire, electrical shock, or mechanical damage, leading to injury.
- Inspect the unit for any damage or cracks, including on the housing. If any damage is found, do not use the machine. Instead, bring it to an authorized dealer for inspection and repair.

3. Cleaning

Be sure to disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning. Never pull the power cord or cable directly from the main connection, as this can damage the cable and cause electrical shock.

The waffle machine is durable due to its stainless-steel casing and the special non-stick coating of the plates, making it easy to clean. Before cleaning, ensure the waffle maker is turned off, and double-check this to be certain. Each heating element can be switched on and off separately, so make sure both are off.

After turning off the equipment, wait for the appliance to cool down, which should take at least 20 minutes. The appliance should not be hotter than warm to the touch before you begin cleaning.

Never use harsh detergents for cleaning, as they can damage the device. To clean the casing and plates, you can use a damp cloth with a mild detergent. However, never use a wet or dripping cloth, as water could penetrate the housing and cause an electrical short circuit, posing a danger to life and limb. Also, ensure that the power cord does not come into contact with water.

If water accidentally enters the unit, and there is a risk of water being inside, do not use the waffle iron until it has been inspected by a qualified technician.

DANGER: Do NOT expose the unit to water. The appliance must not be immersed in water or subjected to water exposure, such as with a hose. There is a DANGER TO LIFE!

4. Maintenance

Maintenance is limited to checking the mains plug, which must be inspected for integrity before each use, ensuring the spiral handles are securely tightened, and verifying that all screws (covers) are properly fastened.
