SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the product label. Children under the age of three should not use this appliance due to their inability to react to overheating.
This product can be used by children aged 8 and older and anyone with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, while under the supervision of an adult or that are directed on how to use it safely and who understand the dangers.
The device must not be used by children from 3 to 8 years of age unless the controls have been
preset by a parent or guardian, or the child has been at least properly instructed on how to use the controls in a secure manner.
Children must not play with the product. Children should not clean or carry out maintenance without supervision.
The product that you have purchased is a bottom blanket.
The electric blanket should be attached to the mattress using the elastic straps that can be found in the product.
This device should not be used on an adjustable bed. If it is, check that neither the blanket nor the cable end up caught or tangled, such as in the hinges of the same.
This product should not be used by people insensitive to heat and other highly vulnerable people who are unable to react to overheating.
When the product is to be used for an extended period of time, for example when sleeping, the controls should be adjusted with temperature level 1 for continuous use.
This device is not intended for medical use in hospitals.
The product can only be used with the 24124 model regulator.
Examine the product on a frequent basis for signs
of wear or damage. If there are any signs or if the appliance has been used improperly or is not working, contact an authorized service centre or to reconnect it.
If the cord is damaged, do not use the product. The product must be taken to an authorized service centre for repair, otherwise, the product will have to be discarded.
Do not use the product if it is wet or damp. Never immerse the remote control in water. Dry the product prior to use if it shows any signs of moisture.
This device is designed for use at a maximum altitude up to 2000m above sea level.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use.
Do not pull on the cable to unplug it or use it to carry the product. Do not wrap the cable around the control.
Do not cover or lay the control on top of the product during use in order to ensure its proper operation.
Use without folding.
Do not stick any pins or needles or any other pointy metal objects into the product.
Proceed according to the conservation section of this manual for cleaning.
Do not use the product to warm up animals.
The electric blanket should not be tucked under the mattress. The product you purchased is intended to be used underneath the user in the bed.
We do not recommend using the electric blanket in stowaway or fold-up beds.
The electric blanket should also not be used on inflatable beds, due to the risk of its deterioration from the effect of the heat.
This product should not be used on water beds.
Prolonged use of the product at elevated temperatures may cause skin injury; despite
the automatic shutdown included in the product. In the event of continued use, the temperature controls should be set to their minimum level of operation (level 1).
Materials will suffer wear and tear over time and after prolonged use.
Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown and contact an authorised Technical support service.
In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the control or connection. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand's Official Technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device.
Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void. Only an authorised technical support service centre may carry out repairs on this product.
B&B TRENDS SL. disclaims all liability for damages that may occur to people, animals or objects, for the non-observance of these warnings.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Completely stretch out the electric blanket over the mattress, leaving a space free at the top, to place the pillow, fitting the elastic straps of the electric blanket to the mattress, and then place it under the sheet. Prevent any wrinkles, folds or creases and ensure that the outlet is at the top of the bed. (See figure 1).
Then proceed to make the bed in the usual way.
Avoid placing any bags or other heavy objects on the bed while the electric blanket is turned on as well as its use at the same time as other sources of heat such as hot water bottles, heating pads or similar products.
In order to prolong the shelf life of your product, make sure that the regulator control switch is in the "0" position before connecting or disconnecting it from the mains.
In order to turn on the product, you must select the slider switch on the control, setting it to position 1, 2 or 3 (Fig.2).
The maximum operation time is 3 hours, after which the automatic safety shut-down will immediately activate. The product will no longer heat up when in this state.
To turn on the product again, set it to position "0" and select the desired temperature.
Select the "0" position in order to turn off the product before you disconnect the device from the mains.
This electric blanket comes with rapid heating technology, which enables the heat to be felt just 15 minutes after turning on the control knob, regardless of the selected temperature. Set the temperature to a lower level after this time.
The control should be set to its minimum temperature (level 1) when using the product for extended periods of time. Try to avoid excessive exposure to heat from high temperatures. The highest control temperature level (level 3) should be used only for the time necessary to obtain a comfortable temperature, and the temperature should be gradually lowered to a lower position after this threshold has been reached.

Possible operational problems

PRODUCT DISPOSAL AND CONSERVATION PRODUCT CONSERVATION
Unplug the product when you do not intend to use it for an extended period of time to prolong its shelf-life. Prior to storing the product, allow it to cool before folding, keep it in its original packaging in a dry location with the fewest possible folds, without placing any objects on top.
PRODUCT CLEANING
The product has a removable connection.
Always unplug the plug from the socket and remove the product from the control connection prior to cleaning the product (See Fig. 3.)
The product can be washed by hand or in a washing machine, using liquid detergent and selecting the delicate wash program set to a short cycle.
Ensure that your washing machine can withstand the weight of the electric blanket when it is wet.
To prevent damage to the product, DO NOT wash the product with the control knob attached.
Hang the product horizontally and do not wring or fold during drying.
Do not use in the dryer.
Do not use a hair dryer or other similar electronic devices.
If it is damp, leave it to dry prior to plugging it into the mains again.
Do not wash this product in a dry cleaners or launderette in order to ensure its proper operation and prevent any damage.
Electric blankets should never be ironed.
To extend the shelf life and maintain the hygiene of the product, do not lie directly on top of it, always covering it with the under sheet, as shown in the Instructions for Use section of this manual.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL

Do not dispose of the product at the end of its shelf-life. Contact the organic collection centre closest to your home in accordance with the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) Directive 2012/19/EU to contribute to the protection of the environment. Request detailed information regarding their current methods of disposing of packaging and scrappage of used devices from your distributor.

B&B TRENDS, SL. guarantees compliance of this product, for the use for which it is, during the period established by the legislation in force in the country of sale. In the case of breakdown during the term of this warranty, users are entitled to repair or else the replacement of the product at no charge if the former is unavailable, unless one of these options proves impossible to fulfil or is disproportionate. In this case, you can then opt for a reduction in price or cancellation of the sale, which must be dealt with directly with the sales vendor. This also covers replacement of spare parts provided that the product has been used according to the recommendations specified in this manual for both cases, and has not been tampered with by any third party that is not authorised by B & B TRENDS, SL. The warranty will not cover any parts subject to wear and tear. This warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer in accordance with the provisions in Directive 1999/44/EC for member states of the European Union.
USE OF WARRANTY
Customers must contact a B&B TRENDS, SL., authorised Technical Service for repair of the product. Since any tampering of the same by anyone not authorised by B&B TRENDS, SL., or the careless or improper use of the same shall render this warranty null and void.
You must keep the purchase invoice, receipt or delivery docket in order to exercise your warranty rights.
