What to do if the scene launcher does not respond?

Check that the battery is correctly installed and not discharged. Make sure the TRÅDFRI gateway is on and the launcher is within range. If the problem persists, reset the launcher by removing and reinserting the battery.

Can I use the scene launcher outdoors?

No, the launcher is designed for indoor use only. It must not be exposed to moisture, rain, or extreme temperatures.

CHANGING THE BATTERY

When the shortcut button is used regularly and as intended, the battery will last for approximately 2 years.

When it's time to replace the battery, a red LED indicator on the back of the shortcut button will

flash when you use the shortcut button.

Open the rear cover, and replace the battery with a new CR2032 battery.

CAUTION!

Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
