How to remove the new oven smell?

Before first use, run the oven in Convection or Conventional mode at 200 °C for one hour to burn off manufacturing residues. Ventilate the kitchen.

How to use the steam function?

Fill the water tank to the MAX line with drinking water, then select a steam mode (Steam cook, Steam convection, etc.). Set the steam level (Low, Medium or High) and let the oven preheat if necessary.

How to clean the oven?

Use the Pyrolysis program for stubborn dirt (burns residues at high temperature) or Steam cleaning for light dirt. For the interior, use a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner. Never clean the door seal.

What to do if smoke comes out of the oven?

During first use, a little smoke is normal. Otherwise, check that there is no food or grease on the heating elements. Clean after cooling.

How to remove the oven door for cleaning?

Open the door, tilt the hinge fasteners outward, lift the door to about 70° and pull upwards. For the glass panes, remove the covers and glass layers in order respecting the 'PYRO' marking.

What does error code C-d0 mean?

Code C-d0 indicates that a button was pressed too long. Clean the buttons and make sure there is no water around. Turn off the oven and restart. If the problem persists, contact a Samsung service center.

Can I use a baking tray in Air Fry mode?

No, use only the provided Air Fry basket. Place it on a metallic rack at level 4. Air Fry mode requires optimal air circulation.

How to set the cooking end time?

After setting the cooking duration, select 'Ready at' and turn the adjustment knob to set the desired end time. The oven automatically calculates the start time to finish at the chosen time.

Is it possible to cook in both zones simultaneously?

Yes, insert the separator plate at level 3 to divide the oven. You can then select the upper or lower zone and choose a suitable mode (see available modes table). Note: some modes are not compatible simultaneously.

What is the power consumption in standby?

The power consumption in standby mode with Wi-Fi enabled is approximately 1.9 W. Power management switches to off mode (0.5 W) after 20 minutes of inactivity.
