Once the shelf life of this product has expired, do not throw it in household waste.

Place it in the appropriate container of a clean spot in your area, for later recycling.

¡VERY IMPORTANT!

The regulator and the gas hose are not included. The installation of the regulator as well as the hose must only be carried out by an authorized installer.

INTRODUCTION

MX ONDA thanks you for the deference you have had when purchasing this product. The radiant gas stove model MX-EG2750 has been manufactured with high quality materials, its design makes it adapt to any type of environment. Among others it has the following characteristics:

• Compatible with butane and propane gas.
• It admits gas cylinders from 5 to 12.5 Kg, maximum dimensions of the cylinder: 32 cm in diameter and 55 cm in height.
  • 3 levels of heat output: 1500 W, 2800 W and 4200 W.
• Suitable for rooms up to 40 ~m^2 .
• Piezo-electric ignition system.
• Triple security system
• Atmosphere analyzer.
• Anti-roll system.
• Flame security.
• Protection grid.
• Compact design that facilitates storage.

BEFORE USING THE STOVE

• Read these instructions carefully and keep them for later use.
• After removing the packaging, verify that the appliance is not damaged. In case of doubt do not use it; Contact technical support staff.
• The operations related to the installation of the regulator and the gas hose must be carried out by a specialized and authorized installer.
• The manufacturer declines any responsibility for damages arising from improper, incorrect or reckless use of the device.

- Packaging materials such as plastic bags, polystyrene foam, etc., should not be left within the reach of children, as they are a potential source of danger.

SECURITY MEASURES

When using appliances with gas that produce heat, basic safety measures must always be followed to reduce the risk of suffocation, fire, burns and / or bodily injury. These measures include the following:

• Failure to comply with these safety measures or warnings could result in burns or serious injury.
• Children should not play with this device. The cleaning and maintenance to be performed by the user cannot be carried out by children, unless they are over 8 years old and supervised.
• This device may not be used by children (under 8 years of age) or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or without experience and knowledge, unless they have received appropriate instructions on the use of the device and are supervised by an adult or responsible person.
• This appliance is designed for home use only, not professional. MX ONDA will not accept any responsibility and the warranty will not be valid in case of improper use or failure to comply with the instructions.
• The stove has been designed for indoor use, do not expose the stove to rain or moisture and do not use it outdoors.
• Use an approved regulator that matches the pressure of the cylinder used.
• Do not press and hold the control (power) button for more than 40 seconds.
• Never remove the regulator while the key is in the open position.
• Do not change the bottle in a room with the presence of fire (kitchen, fireplace, etc.).

• Do not expose the bottle to extreme heat.

• Do not store a bottle in a room if there is a stove in operation.

• Do not insert objects or fingers through the protective grilles.
• Leave at least 1 meter of separation between the stove and another heat source.
• Do not allow unauthorized persons to handle the stove.
• Do not use the stove in bathrooms, swimming pools or recreational vehicles such as caravans, motor homes, etc.
  • Always place on a smooth and horizontal surface.
• In operation or while it is hot, do not cover the stove.
• Do not place the stove near fabrics, clothing, curtains, curtains, bedding or other flammable materials.
• In case of gas leakage, close the key and disconnect the regulator from the cylinder.
• Make sure that in the room where the stove is, you have proper ventilation. Use only in well ventilated areas.
• When you leave the room, turn off the stove.
• If the gas hose is damaged or damaged, refrain from using the stove and notify an authorized installer for the replacement of the gas hose.
• Do not use the stove in rooms with people with reduced mobility or cannot leave on their own feet.
• In case of failure, anomalies, if the stove has fallen and deteriorated, do not use the stove and do not attempt to repair it on your own. Contact the nearest MX ONDA Official Technical Service.

SECURITY MEASURES

Use the stove according to the instructions for use described in the user manual. Keep the user manual in a safe place.	Do not put clothes or other materials on the stove. The stove may overheat or clothing or other materials may ignite.
Do not place the stove near armchairs, furniture, curtains or other flammable objects or that could be damaged by heat.	While the stove is running, do not move it from one room to another.
Do not place the stove near walls with curtains or other flammable materials. You must always respect the minimum distance with other objects that is 20 cm lateral and 150 cm frontal. The front should face the center of the room. Be very careful as the stove can spin if it is hit by a child, a dog, etc.	If there is a gas leak, close the regulator key but do not disconnect it from the cylinder. To detect gas leaks, turn the regulator key slowly and run a sponge dampened with soap and water through the joints. Where bubbles form there is a gas leak. If the gas leak is confirmed, do not use the stove and call an authorized installer.

VENTILATION

The stove consumes oxygen while it is running. For this reason, adequate ventilation should be provided in the rooms where the stove is used. This ensures the elimination of products derived from combustion and allows the entry of fresh and clean air. If the room is completely closed the flame will go out after a few minutes.

Adequate ventilation should significantly reduce the possibility of condensation. The following table shows the smallest room sizes suitable for each heat setting and the ventilation surface, which should be provided.

REGULATOR AND FLEXIBLE TUBE INSTALLATION

Use an approved regulator and according to the pressure of the gas cylinder you wish to use, the gas hose must be certified and approved with a length of 50 cm, in no case the length of the hose must exceed 1 meter of length. The installation of the regulator as well as the hose must only be carried out by an authorized installer.

Note:

If at any time you detect or think that there may be a gas leak, you can do the following check yourself: Rub the connection areas of the gas hose with the regulator and inside the stove with a sponge moistened with water and soap, if bubbles appear, it is a sign that there is a loss of gas, in this case close the regulator key and consult an authorized installer.

REPLACEMENT OF THE BOTLE

When replacing the bottle, it must always be performed in an open space and do not smoke while changing the bottle.

1. Turn off the stove and close the regulator key.
2. Remove the regulator.
3. Replace the empty bottle with a new one
4. Insert the regulator, and check that it is correctly attached to the cylinder.
5. Place the bottle in the rear passenger compartment, and verify that the rubber tube is not twisted or strangled, then close the rear cover.

VERY IMPORTANT

• The stove and the bottle must always be upright. If you place the cylinder in a horizontal position it may damage the stove.
• When putting on a new cylinder, an ignition can occur since in the cylinder there may be inert gas. In this case, replace the bottle.
• When operating the stove for the first time or after a period of time without using it, do so in the garden or balcony. After fifteen minutes in operation it can already be used indoors.
• Do not use the gas stove while sleeping.
• Do not use the gas stove on high-rise floors or in basements, bathrooms or bedrooms.
• The grill is to prevent the risk of fire, burns or injuries. It should never be removed from the stove.

The stove has a control with four positions: On (Pos. 1), Minimum temperature (Pos. 2), Average temperature (Pos. 3) and Maximum temperature (Pos. 4).

Ignition of the stove

Press the control button and turn it to the minimum position for 10 seconds, after this time and while still holding down the control button, press the piezo-electric ignition button several times until the pilot flame is lit, repeat this process until Let the pilot flame light up. Once the pilot flame is lit, do not press the piezo-electric ignition button further and continue pressing the control button for 20 more seconds, then turn the control button to the desired temperature position. If the pilot flame goes out, repeat this procedure.

Temperature control

To select the temperature, gently press the control button and turn it to the desired temperature, low temperature (POS 2), medium temperature (POS 3) or maximum temperature (POS 4).

Note:

Make sure that when you select a temperature the button is locked (does not rotate) as it can only be unlocked by pressing down again.

Stove off

Close the regulator key and turn the control button to the on position. If the flame does not go out, remove the regulator from the cylinder, the flame will go out when there is no more gas left in the gas hose.

If the stove is not going to be used for a long period of time, remove the regulator from the bottle and replace the protective cap of the bottle.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning and storage

Before cleaning the stove, make sure it is completely cold. Do not use alcohol or abrasive products and do not allow the device to come into contact with volatile agents such as gasoline, solvents, insecticides, etc.

1. Disconnect the cylinder regulator and remove the cylinder from its housing.
2. Clean the outer surface as well as the bottle compartment with a slightly damp cloth with a soapy solution.
3. To clean the burners, remove the protection grid and wipe the surface clean and dry.

To store the stove, disconnect the regulator from the bottle, then remove the bottle and store it in a well ventilated area, away from combustible materials and heat sources, never in a basement or attic. Protect the stove from dust with a plastic or a cover.

Maintenance

Each time the stove is to be put into operation, it is necessary to check the gas hose and replace it if it is worn, damaged or expired. For replacement, contact an authorized installer.

We recommend that a technician check the stove every 2 years.
