How to charge the battery?

Firmly pull the strap to access the charging port. Plug the provided cable into a USB 5V/1A charger. A full charge takes about 2 hours.

Make sure you have calibrated the watch during first use by connecting the app. Wear the watch on your wrist and check that the app has the necessary background permissions.

How to receive call and message notifications?

In the Yoho Sports app, enable notifications in the settings. For Android, grant the app permission to run in the background. The watch will vibrate and display the caller's name or number.

How to measure heart rate?

Navigate to the heart rate screen on the watch. The sensor activates automatically and displays your pulse in real time. Keep the watch fitted snugly on your wrist.

Can the watch be used without a phone?

Yes, the watch can operate independently to display the time, count steps, and measure heart rate. However, notifications and data synchronization require a Bluetooth connection to the phone.

How to set the alarm?

In the Yoho Sports app, go to the alarm settings. You can set up to three alarms with vibration. The alarm works even when the watch is turned off.

What to do if the watch stops responding?

Try charging the watch. If it does not turn on, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force restart. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How to connect

Connect the APP at first use to calibrate the band, and it will automatically sync time; otherwise, steps and sleep data will be incorrect.

① After pairing is finished, the APP will remember the Bluetooth address automatically. Once opened or running in the background, the APP will search for and connect to the band automatically. ② Please make sure the APP is permitted to run in the background.

Main APP Features and Settings

Personal Information

Please set your personal information first after entering the APP: Settings > Personal Settings. Edit your gender, age, height, and weight. Set the activity goal and sleeping goal so you can monitor your progress.

You can set the period for inactivity reminders, or you can turn them off in the notification menu.

Notifications

Incoming Call:

Vibrate and display name or number (display name only if it's in your contacts, otherwise display number).

Message:

Vibrate reminder with name from contacts or number if unknown.

Other Notifications:

Vibrate when there are WeChat, QQ, or other notifications.

Sedentary:

Vibrate and display an icon when lack of activity per period set in personal info.

Warning tips for Android users: Allow Yoho Sports to run in the background when using notifications and add it to trusted apps in your privilege management.

Smart Alarm

Up to 3 alarms with user-friendly vibration. Supports offline clock alarming.

Band Display Setting

Choose display interfaces when button is pushed.

Find Band

Click "Find band", the band will vibrate when connected with phone.

Shake to Take Selfie

Enter the interface and shake the band, the camera on the phone will take the picture after a 3-second countdown.

Function Description

Clock Interface

Bluetooth icon lights always, indicating connected with phone successfully. Icon disappears otherwise. Time calibrated automatically after syncing to phone.

Steps Interface

Wear band to record steps every day.

Check out real-time steps constantly.

Distance Interface

Show total distance via calculating steps.

Calories interface

Record burned calories within exercise

Heart Rate Interface

Band will start measuring heart rate as soon as it is switched to heart rate interface. Heart rate interface need the band to have heart rate sensor.

Sleep Mode

When sleep, Rand will automatically Monitor how long and how well you sleep: check data only on APP terminal.

Warm tips: please wear the band when sleep so as to record your sleep data.
