If only a few or no stations are found during scanning, then this is mostly likely because of the antenna alignment. Check if the cable is connected to the DVB-T / DVB-T2 antenna, change the position of the antenna and scan once again. Ensure that there are no objects near the antenna, which could shield the DVB-T / DVB-T2 signal. There are different websites in the internet which could display the signal strength of the DVB-T / DVB-T2 signal in your region. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support if there are any questions or problems.

Do not attempt to service this product by yourself as opening or removing covers may result in fire, electric shock or equipment damage. Please avoid any contact to the electric current. This product is only licensed for indoor use and dry areas. Please protect it from water, rain, snow or high humidity and keep it away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. Do not expose this product to extreme and sudden changes of temperature or heavy vibrations; this may lead to damage of the internal electronic part of this unit.
