How do I know if my phone is Qi compatible?

Check your phone's specifications or look for the Qi logo. Most recent smartphones (iPhone 8+, Samsung Galaxy S6+, etc.) support it.

What does the flashing red light mean?

The flashing red light indicates that a foreign object has been detected or that the device is not compatible. Remove any metal objects and ensure your phone is properly aligned.

Can I use a standard 5V USB adapter?

It is highly recommended to use a Quick Charge 3.0 or 9V/2A adapter (18W minimum) for optimal performance. A 5V adapter may not provide enough power.

What is the maximum charging power?

The maximum wireless output power is 15W. Actual charging depends on your device's compatibility.

How to clean the Powerup charger?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use chemical or abrasive products. Avoid any contact with liquids.

Is the charger waterproof?

Yes, it has an IPX4 rating, meaning it is splash-proof. However, do not immerse it or use it outdoors in the rain.

Can I charge my phone with a thick case?

Yes, if the case does not contain metal and is less than about 3 mm thick. Magnetic cases or those with metal stands may interfere.

What if the indicator does not light up at all?

Check that the wall adapter is plugged in and delivering at least 18W. Try a different USB-C cable and adapter. If nothing works, contact support.

What is the warranty on the Powerup?

The international warranty is 1 year. Keep your proof of purchase for any claims.

Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?

No, the Powerup is designed for one device at a time. To charge multiple devices, you will need multiple chargers.

PRODUCT OPERATIONS

Important note: Powerup is a wireless charger for Qi-certified devices. Make sure your mobile device supports wireless charging.

Follow the instructions below to get the most out of your charging pad.

Step 1: Connect the supplied USB cable to Powerup USB-C port.

Step 2: Connect the other end of the cable to a USB wall charger and plug the charger into an outlet.

Step 3: Place your Qi-certified mobile device on top of the Charging Pad. When the status light on the Charging Pad lights up green, it is now charging.

(A) To get your Powerup charging pad properly operating, make sure to use a power adapter (not included) that delivers at least 18W.

NOTE: Red blinking LED indicates either a foreign object detected or a non-compatible device. Make sure to perfectly align your device with the charger to ensure proper charging operations.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
