How to use the appliance for raclette?

Plug in the appliance and turn the on/off knob. Let it preheat for 15 minutes. Place the cut food in the pans under the heating element or on the plates. Adjust the temperature with the thermostat from Min to Max. After use, set the thermostat to Min, unplug and let cool for 1 hour.

Can I use the appliance for fondue?

Yes. Make sure the knob is set to Min before starting. Fill the pot with oil or broth without exceeding the MAX level. Install the anti-splash collar. Turn on and heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not leave the forks in the hot pot for more than 5 minutes.
