When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these basic safety precautions, especially when children are present.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE!
⚠ WARNING-To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious personal injury, and property damage please note the following:
- This product is not intended for use by children. Keep the product out of reach of children and pets. Extra caution is necessary when using this appliance near children.
- Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and allowed to cool before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning.
• Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use. - Do not immerse the Appliance, Power Cord, or Plug of this product in or expose the Power Cord or Plug to water or other liquids.
- Never leave this appliance unattended during operation.
- This appliance generates heat; only operate this appliance on heat-resistant surfaces.
- Improper use of this appliance can result in property damage or personal injury.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs when handling product. Appliance generates heat and steam, use protective oven mitts or gloves to avoid bums or personal injury.
- Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or other heated surfaces.
- Use extreme caution when moving an appliance containing hot food, water, or other liquids.
- Use the product in a well-ventilated area. Keep at least 4-6 inches of space on all sides of the product to allow adequate air circulation.
- Use appliance on a table or flat surface. Keep the product away from curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels, or other flammable materials.
- Do not plug or unplug the product from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
- This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use in cooking of food for human consumption; do not use the product outdoors or for any other purpose.
- Do not operate the product empty.

ENGLISH- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter where it may be tripped over or pulled. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces.
- Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or a cut Power Cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the Motor Housing is dropped in or exposed to water.
- This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Please review the Warranty Policy on Page 8.
- Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the power cord could fray and break.
- DO NOT touch the metallic parts of the unit while the appliance is operating. These can become very hot.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
- The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product.
- If the product is of a 3-prong grounding type, the extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.
WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This is a safety feature. The

plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

IMPORTANT: Please check all packaging material carefully before discarding as there may be accessory parts contained within the packaging material.
- Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.

Cleaning the Heating Plates by wiping with a sponge or cloth dampened in warm water. NOTE: DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT AND DO NOT RUN WATER DIRECTLY ONTO THE COOKING SURFACE.

Clean the Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray by washing in warm soapy water with a sponge or cloth.

Dry all parts and accessories with a cloth or paper towel.
Attention: First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It quickly goes away.
Using Your Egg Bite Maker
WARNING: DO NOT touch the metallic parts of the unit while the appliance is operating. These can become very hot. Use oven mitts for extra caution to open Lid while cooking.

Before cooking with the non-stick Egg Bite Tray and Egg Sandwich Tray, they must be seasoned. Brush a small amount of vegetable oil or your favorite non-stick cooking spray on the Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray and wipe off any excess with a paper towel. Your Egg Bite Maker is now ready to use. NOTE: THIS APPLIANCE DOES NOT NEED TO BE PREHEATED. IT IS NOT NECESSARY.

Fill one Egg Bite cup with water and pour onto the lower Heating Plate.
- Prepare your eggs with your desired ingredients.
- Fill Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray 34 full with your egg mixture and place tray on Heating Plate.
- Close Lid. NOTE: DO NOT CLOSE THE LOCKING CLIP. Your Egg bites require space to expand during the cooking process.
- Plug unit into a 120V AC outlet. The indicator light will illuminate to indicate the appliance is heating. The indicator light will cycle on and off with the thermostat. This indicates the unit is maintaining the correct temperature during use. This is normal.
- After approximately five (5) minutes, or when the water has evaporated from the cooking surface, check eggs. The Egg Bite Maker may be opened during the cooking process to check their progress. NOTE: EGG BITES ARE READY WITHIN 5-10 MINUTES. COOKING TIME WILL VARY BASED ON INGREDIENTS USED AND PERSONAL PREFERENCE.
NOTE: According to US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service, cook foods such as meat, fish, and poultry thoroughly before consuming them to avoid food-borne illnesses.
Before consuming, determine the temperature of the foods using a food thermometer (not included). Refer to the USDA web site for information on food temperature rules.
- The exterior of the appliance is designed to stay cool to the touch. Care must be used when opening and closing the lid, as internal parts, including Egg Bite Tray and Egg Sandwich Tray will be hot and steam may escape when opening the lid. NOTE: ALWAYS USE THE REMOVAL TOOL PROVIDED TO REMOVE THE EGG BITE TRAY AND EGG SANDWICH TRAY FROM THE HEATING PLATE TO AVOID RISK OF INJURY OR BURNS.
- Do not cut food on the Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray or Heating Plate.
- When cooking is complete, unplug the product from the electrical outlet.
WARNING: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or will be left unattended.
Helpful Hints
- Five large eggs will yield approximately two batches in your Egg Bite Maker.
- If you find your eggs are sticking to the Tray you may use oil, butter or cooking spray for easy release once cooking is complete.
- Egg Bites may be prepared and stored in your fridge for a convenient snack. Simply allow to cool before storing in an airtight container in your fridge.
Cleaning Your Mini Egg Bite Maker:
WARNING: Always unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning or storing.
- Wipe the Heating Plates with a cloth dampened with warm soapy water. DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT AND DO NOT RUN WATER DIRECTLY ONTO THE HEATING PLATES.
- Clean the Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray by washing in warm soapy water with a sponge or cloth.
- Dry the Heating Plates and the Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray with a clean cloth or paper towel.

DO NOT use steel wool pads or other abrasive cleaners on the Heating Plates or the Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray as they may damage the non-stick coating.

Wipe the outside of the Egg Bite Maker with a soft cloth dampened in warm soapy water.
- Rinse by wiping with a dampened clean cloth. Then dry.
RECIPES
CHEDDAR AND BROCCOLI EGG BITES, EGG SANDWICHES OR OMELET
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
2 tbsp. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground pepper
2 florets cooked broccoli
Directions: Whisk eggs, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, salt and pepper until well combined. Cut broccoli florets into small pieces and place in bottom of Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray. Pour egg mixture into Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray is 34 full. Makes approximately 8-10 Egg Bites, 2 Egg Sandwiches, or 1 Omelet.
TOMATO BASIL EGG BITES, EGG SANDWICHES OR OMELET
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
3 leaves fresh basil (coarsely chopped)
14 cup finely diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
Directions: Whisk eggs, basil, tomatoes, and feta until well combined. Pour egg mixture into Egg Bite cups one at a time until Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray is 34 full. Gently stirring egg mixture before filling to ensure ingredients are evenly distributed in Egg Bite Tray. Makes approximately 8-10 Egg Bites, 2 Egg Sandwiches, or 1 Omelet.
CHEESY BACON EGG BITES, EGG SANDWICHES OR OMELET
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
2 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. Cottage Cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground pepper
Directions: Whisk eggs, Cheddar, Cottage Cheese, Monterey Jack, salt and pepper until well combined. Add crumbled bacon to bottom of Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray. Pour egg mixture into Egg Bite/Egg Sandwich Tray is 34 full. Makes approximately 8-10 Egg Bites, 2 Egg Sandwiches, or 1 Omelet.
Ingredients:
5 Eggs

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED AND USED IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. AND CANADA ONLY. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition. This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.
THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER. KEEP THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM.
This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than what is specified on the rating label (E.G., 120V\~60Hz). We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. To make a warranty claim do not return this appliance to the store.
