Thank you for choosing a SONNENKÖNIG Dehumidifier to ensure a low-noise environment. This user manual will provide you with valuable information necessary for the proper care and maintenance of your new dehumidifier. Please read before first commissioning the safety instructions carefully and observe the safety instructions to prevent damage due to misuse, improper operation, and improper environmental conditions to be avoided. Keep these for later reference.

Check the device after removing the packaging for damage. Do not put the unit in case of suspected corruption in operation and consult a specialist. The recyclable packaging material must not be stored or disposed accessible for young children, but must be disposed of properly.

This appliance is only for the purpose for which it was explicitly developed. Any other use is regarded as improper and therefore dangerous. The supplier is not liable for damage to persons and / or property damage due to an improper or incorrect use.

Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by trained personnel only. Improperly performed repairs and alterations to the equipment can have dangerous consequences for the user according to what the warranty will be rejected.

1 Safety Instructions

• To avoid electric shock and fire, do not allow water, liquid or any flammable detergent to get into and do not use them to clean the product.
• Do not spray insecticide, perfume or any other flammable spray around the product.
• Before connecting the power supply, please check whether the voltage of the product is consistent with the local power supply voltage.
• This product can-not replace normal ventilation, daily dust collection or oil pumping when cooking.
• Ensure the product is used and kept in a well-ventilated area.
• Leave at least 30 cm of space around the back and sides of the product, and at least 50 cm of spare above the product when using.
• Ensure both the filter and its cover are properly installed before using.
• Do not insert fingers or other objects into the air outlet/inlet so as to prevent physical injury or trouble.

3 Installation Filter

1. Pull and lift the filter cover on the front shell.

1. Remove the filter.

1. Remove the packaging of the new filter.

1. Insert the new filter into the machine.
2. Lock the bottom of the filter cover in the bottom of the front shell (1).

Then push the cover toward the body of machine (2).

Aller replacing the filter, please turn on the machine and press the purification button for seven seconds to reset.

5 How to use

Purification dehumidifier combines the functions of dehumidification and purification, providing two working modes for users fo enjoy fresh air and suitable humidity at the same time.

WATER FULL INSTRUCTION

• When the water tank is full, the machine will be auto-off and its indicator light will change to red and keep flashing.
• Put the water tank back in to the machine after pouring the water to restart.

REMINDER FOR REPLACING FILTER INSTRUCTION

• When the machine detects that the filter needs replacing, the power indicator will change to orange and keep flashing.
• Press the purification button for 7 seconds to reset after replacing a new filter.

- The running temperature for the machine is 5^ C to 50^ C; when the temperature is above 5^ C, the machine will continue to work.

After the machine is connected to power, the power indicator will turn on.

PURIFICATION BUTTON

• Press the button, the purification indicator will turn on, the machine will start working with air purification.
• Press it again, tha machine will power-off.

DEHUMIDIFICATION BUTTON

• Press this button when the machine is turned on: the machine will dehumidify with the purification function
• Press again, turn off the dehumidification function and its indicator light, the purification function and its indicator will keep operating.

MODE BUTTON

• Press the button to set modes when the function of purification turns on.
• This button can be set two modes in rotation: high-grade and low-grade. The corresponding indicator will turn on after setting.

METHODS OF POURING WATER

• The water tank has a maximum capacity of 1000 ml with 750 ml per day working capacity.
- The machine will auto-off when the water tank is full; the indicator light will turn on.
- Please switch off the machine when the water tank is full, pull out the water tank and place it in a horizontal position. Open the water tank cover in an upright direction and pour the water out.
- Please reset the water tank and restart the machine after pouring away the water.
- Do not move or destroy the water tank float, otherwise the machine will not work and it could cause other unnecessary breakdowns.

6 Maintenance

1) Ensure the machine is unplugged before maintenance.

- Use a soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean away any dust or debris from the surface of the unit and air inlet/outlet.

- Do not clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it directly, just put the filter under the sun to sterilize regularly.

- Empty the water tank if the appliance is not to be used for a longer period of time. Use a soft cloth with neutral detergent to clean the water tank. Cover the dust cover and store the unit in a dry and cool place.

Notice: Please don't drop any water into the machine when cleaning the air outlet.

8 Warranty/Disposal/Technical change

Warranty

The Products are controlled just before delivery. If despite a lack of your product, try trustfully your seller. Please bring your receipt, as this is to be submitted for each warranty. The guarantee period is 24 months from date of purchase.

Disposal

The device must be disposed of properly. The device can be distributed free of charge for disposal at each dealer.

DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ELECTRICAL PART OF THE PRODUCT

In accordance with Article 26 of the Decree-Law of 14 March 2014 implementing Directive 2012/19/EC, and the Law of 4 March 2014 implementing Directive 2011/65/EC on the reduction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and on waste management.

The crossed-out dustbin symbol on the machine or packaging indicates that the waste generated at the end of its useful life must be collected separately from other waste. The user must therefore take the device to the appropriate collection points at the end of its service life. Sort electronic and electrical waste or send back to the retailer when purchasing new, equivalent devices in a one-to-one process. Appropriate separate collection for subsequent commissioning of the equipment to be recycled, treatment and environmentally sound disposal helps to avoid possible adverse effects on the environment and health, and promote the reuse and/or recycling of the materials to which they belong. Misuse of this product by the user will result in the application of the administrative penalties provided for in the applicable legislation. DISPOSAL OF BATTERIES AND ACCUMULATORS

In accordance with Legislative Decree 188 of 20 November 2008 implementing Directive 2006/66/EC on batteries, accumulators and related waste, the symbol of the crossed-out waste bin on the battery indicates that the disposal of used batteries is prohibited in household waste.

Single-use and rechargeable batteries contain substances that are highly polluting for the environment. The user is obliged to dispose of used batteries at collection points in the municipality or in appropriate containers. This service is free. In this way, legal requirements are adhered to and the environment protected. The symbols identifying hazardous materials that may be present in single-use and rechargeable batteries are as follows: Hg = Mercury, Cd = Cadmium, Pb = Lead.
