USER MANUAL BL502IX SIGNATURE

Before using the product for the first time, read all the following instructions and pay attention to all warnings, even if you are familiar with handling electronic devices. Store these operating instructions in a safe place for future reference. If you sell the blender or pass it on, always include these instructions. They are an integral part of the product.

1. Before using, check that the voltage

indicated on the product corresponds with the voltage of your electrical outlet.

2. Do not let cord hang on hot surface or

over edge of table or counter.

3. Do not operate any appliance with a

damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunction or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair

29. The appliance cannot be used for

blending hard and dry substance, otherwise the blade could be blunted.

30. Be sure to turn switch to “0” position

after each use. Make sure the motor stopped completely before disassembling.

31. Do not immerse the Motor Unit into

water or other liquids.

32. Do not use the appliance if the

rotating sieve or the protecting cover is damaged or has visible cracks. 17GENERAL PRESENTATION

1. Unpack the appliance and place all parts on a horizontal surface.

2. Immerse jar and jar cover in warm soapy water and rinse them and dry. Never

immerse motor unit in water for cleaning to prevent the risk of electric shock.

WARNING: the blade is very sharp, handle with great care.

3. The correct assembly way will be described in detail in below sections.

Before assembling the jar, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the knob is on the 0 position. The jar is suitable for making mixture which the juice and pulp are mixed.

Usually, some purified water needs to be added to facilitate the smooth running of appliance. You can add an appropriate amount of water or sugar water according to your taste, and the amount of mixture should not exceed the max volume: 1500 ml. Note: never add boiling liquids into the jar.

Place the jar lid on the jar and turn the lid. Once the lid has been turned, the blender would be ready for use. 6.Plug the power cord into the socket. 7.Turn the knob to the desired setting, there are four settings: P, 0(off), 1,2. Turn knob to “P” position and hold it to pulse for delicate blender. Release it to return to the “0” (off) position automatically. You can also select another speed 1 or 2 and no need to hold it. 8.Turn the knob to “0” (off) position once the mixture has been blended to your desired consistency. 9.The consecutive operation time shall be less than 3 minutes. A minimum of 1 minute rest period is required between two consecutive cycles. 10.Remove the jar from the motor unit (remove it directly upward), carefully take down the jar lid, then pour and serve.CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always wash immediately after use for easier cleaning. Don’t let food dry on the jar and blade assembly as this will make cleaning difficult. Don’t touch the sharp blades, handle carefully. 1.Pour a little warm soapy water into the jar, plug into socket, and turn the knob to “P” position for a few seconds. 2.Turn knob to “0” (off) position and unplug the appliance, remove the jar from the motor unit by directly taking it upward and rinse the jar, jar cover under running water. 3.Wiping the outer surface of motor unit with a damp cloth, do not use abrasive cleansers.
