Installation Remove all packaging from the appliance.1. Position the base of the appliance in a suitable location.2. Slot the top of the appliance onto the base.3. Screw the top to the base using the screw supplied. The screw can be inserted into any of the 4. holes so that the height of the appliance can be adjusted. Note: Ensure that all packaging has been removed from around the lamp. Operation Turn the appliance On/Off using the power switch on the stem of the appliance.1. Note: The appliance only maintains temperature, it does NOT continue to cook food. Cleaning, Care & Maintenance A BUFFALO dealer or qualied technician should carry out repairs if required.• Always switch off the appliance, disconnect the power supply and allow to cool before cleaning or • performing maintenance. This appliance is wired as follows: Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E• This appliance must be earthed, using a dedicated earthing circuit.
