How to align a document on the exposure glass?

Align the book or page with the arrow located in the upper left corner of the exposure glass, as shown in the guide.

What to do in case of a paper jam?

Open the front and rear covers, gently remove the jammed paper following the instructions in the manual. Avoid tearing the paper.

How to replace the toner?

Open the front cover, remove the old toner cartridge by pulling the handle, insert the new cartridge until it clicks, then close the cover.

Why does the screen display 'Service Call'?

This message indicates a problem requiring the intervention of a certified technician. Contact Xerox support with the displayed error code.

How to make a duplex copy?

In the Standard Copy tab, select the Duplex option and choose the desired mode (e.g., Flip pages). Place the original document.
