This multifunction Air Fryer provides an easy and healthy way of preparing your favourite ingredients. By using convection (generated with fan and heating resistance), it is able to make numerous dishes. The best part is that the Air FRYER heats food at all directions and most of the ingredients do not need any oil. Before use The air fryer must be preheated for 10 minutes without food. If the appliance emits a slight smell of burning or smoke, this is normal and will disappear quickly. Wipe the inside of the bowl with a damp sponge. Place the fryer grid in the bowl. Slide the glass bowl back into the fryer. Plug in the appliance. Set the timer for 10 minutes. Set the temperature to 200°C. When the time is up, unplug the appliance and leave it to cool for 10 minutes. Use of the device (Figure 1-2)
- Place the appliance on a level surface or a stable, heat-resistant surface. Place the frying grid in the bottom of glass bowl. Never place any objects on top of the appliance, as they could interrupt the air flow and affect its operation. Note: We recommend that you preheat the appliance before placing the ingredients in it. Plug in the appliance, all the lights will come on and the buzzer will sound once. All the lights will go off and only the on/off button will remain lit. In standby mode, only this button remains lit. If you press this button at any time, the fryer will stop.
- Carefully remove the glass bowl from the appliance and place the frying grid inside. Place the ingredients on the frying grid. Note: The ingredients must not exceed the MAX mark, as this may affect the cooking of the food. DO NOT FILL THE GLASS BOWL WITH OIL OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
- Slide the glass bowl back into the fryer. By default, the fryer is set to French fries mode, cooking temperature 180°C. Use the button to navigate between the different programmes. You can then select the programme of your choice and press to start cooking.
- When you hear the timer sound, the cooking time is up. The fryer will stop automatically. You can use the silicone mat to keep the ingredients warm in the bowl if you don’t empty it right away.
- Remove the glass bowl from the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Check that the ingredients are cooked. If you want to cook for longer, put the glass bowl back in the appliance and set the timer for a few more minutes. Empty the ingredients from the bowl onto a plate or bowl with a food clip or fork . Note: In the event of a power cut, your fryer will remember the setting you made and restart automatically. The fryer also has an overheating protection that will stop cooking automatically. Dehydration:www.livoo.fr If you want to dehydrate food, use the raised rack, put your ingredients on the rack and press . Setting the temperature and timer For each pre-programmed cooking mode, you can also set the temperature and cooking time yourself if you wish. Press then to select the desired temperature, which can be adjusted in 5°C increments, from 65°C to a maximum of 200°C. Press again and then to set the timer, the cooking time is adjustable from one minute to 1 hour. You can also make your own settings without going through the various pre-programmed modes by pressing the Summary table of pre-programmed cooking times/temperatures The table below will help you choose the basic settings for the ingredients you want to cook. Note: Please remember that these settings are for reference only. We cannot guarantee the best setting for each ingredient due to differences in origin, size, shape of ingredients. You can also use the air fryer to reheat the ingredients. To reheat the ingredients, set the temperature to 150°C for up to 10 minutes. Ingredients
Cleaning and maintenance Clean the fryer after each use. Unplug the power cord and leave the appliance to cool for 30 minutes. Note: Take the glass bowl out of the appliance to allow it to cool more quickly. Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp sponge. The glass bowl and accessories are dishwasher-safe but you can use hot water, washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge to clean the glass tank and accessories. Use a non-metallic soft brush to remove food residues from the heating elements.
