How to replace the filter?

Turn off and unplug the device. Remove the top cover, then take out the filter. Clean the pre-filter with water or replace the main filter. Press the filter reset button for 7 seconds to reset the indicator. Refer to the Cleaning and maintenance section of the manual.

How to clean the air purifier?

Unplug the device. Use a soft, dry cloth or slightly damp with mild detergent for the exterior. The pre-filter can be washed with water. Do not use abrasive products or solvents. Never immerse the device in water.

How to connect the device to the EnergySilence app?

Download the EnergySilence app from Google Play or App Store. Create an account or log in. Press '+', select 'TotalPure 1800 Style Pro'. Turn on the device and press the timer button until you hear a sound. Enter the Wi-Fi password and confirm. Follow the instructions in the app.

What do the colors of the light indicator mean?

The indicator changes according to air quality: red for poor quality, yellow for fair, blue for good. In Auto mode, the fan speed adjusts automatically.

How to set the timer?

Press the timer button while the device is running. You can choose between 2h, 4h, 8h or continuous operation. The device will turn off automatically after the selected time.

Is night mode silent?

Night mode allows you to adjust the lighting (normal, low, off) but does not affect the fan speed. For silent operation, select the Low speed.

Can I use the device continuously?

Yes, you can select the 'continuous' mode on the timer. The device will run without interruption until you turn it off. It is designed for extended home use.

What is the power consumption?

The rated power is 45 W. Actual consumption varies depending on the selected speed. In standby, consumption is negligible.

Where to place the air purifier?

Place the device in a well-ventilated area on a flat, stable surface. Keep it away from heat sources and flammable objects. Ensure the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed.

What to do if the filter indicator flashes red?

The indicator shows that the filter is saturated after approximately 2200 hours of operation. Replace or clean the filter according to the instructions, then press and hold the filter reset button for 7 seconds to turn off the light.

SOMMAIRE

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

• Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall outlet is grounded.
• This product is designed only for household use.
• Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of danger.
• To avoid electric shocks, do not clean with or allow to get inside the product: water, liquid or any flammable substance.
• Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor expose the electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
• Switch off the device immediately in the event of defects or malfunctions.
• Do not use the device if its cord or any other part is damaged. In this case, contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• Do not install the device near heat-generating appliances, flammable, dangerous materials, or in places where temperature or humidity levels are high.
• This product does not replace normal ventilation or extraction products.
• Make sure the product is kept and stored in well-ventilated areas.
• The device must be placed so that the plug is accessible.
• Do not sit or stand on the device.

- Do not operate outdoors. - Do not insert fingers or other objects in the air inlet or outlet to prevent injuries and product damage.

- Do not twist, bend, strain, or damage the power cord in any way. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not let it touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the surface.

- Regularly clean the plug with a dry cloth to prevent dust from building up and to avoid product damage.

- This appliance cannot be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge. Do not allow children to play with the appliance.

INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ

• Take the product out of the box.
• Remove all packaging material. Keep the original box.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any sign of visible damage is observed, contact immediately with our official Technical Support Service.

3. OPERATION

Power button

• When the machine is in standby mode, press the Power button to turn the machine on and off.
• Every time the Power button is pressed, the device will beep once. Press the Power button once, the device will start running at low mode by default. The corresponding light indicator will light up.
• Each time you turn the appliance on, the light indicator will display different colours during operation. After turning on the appliance, the light the indicator will light up in the colour corresponding to the air quality.

Air-speed button

While the device is working, press the Air-speed button to adjust the air speed: Low/High/Medium. The corresponding light indicator will light up. Each time you press the air-speed button, the device will beep once.

Automatic mode

• The air speed will switch automatically according to the air quality, and the corresponding indicator will light up.
• When the air quality is poor, the high speed will be activated, and the indicator will light up red.
• When the air quality is normal, the medium speed will be activated, and the indicator will illuminate yellow.
• When the air quality is good, the low speed will be activated, and the indicator will illuminate blue.

Timer button

While the device is working, press the timer button to select the desired operating time: 2 h, 4 h, 8 h or continuous. The corresponding light indicator will light up. The device will go into standby mode when the countdown is over. Every time the timer button is pressed, the device will beep once.

Light button (Sleep mode)

While the device is working, press the Light button to adjust the light as desired: Standard-Soft-Off. Every time the Light button is pressed, the device will beep once.

Filter replacement reminder button

When the machine detects the filter is saturated after running for 2200 hours, the light indicator will keep flashing in red. Long press the Filter button for 7 seconds to stop the indicator from flashing. Reset after installing a new filter.

Note:

The device will continue to operate normally even when the reminder of replacing filter is activated.

4. CONNECTIVITY

In order to link your product with our App, please follow the below steps.

1. Download the EnergySilence App from Google Play or App Store.
2. If it is the first time you use it, register an account. If not, log in.
3. Once you have entered the App, press "+" on the top right-hand corner and tap "TotalPure 1800 Style Pro".

ENGLISH

1. Turn the device on and press the Timer button until it beeps. Check that the button blinks quickly.
2. Enter your Wi-Fi password and press confirm.
3. Then, the linking process will start automatically.
4. If the automatic linking process fails, press the Timer button until it beeps and check that the button blinks slowly.
5. Confirm the Wi-Fi password again and follow the instructions indicated by the App.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Turn off and unplug the product from the power supply before cleaning or repairing it.
• Use a soft, dry (or slightly damp) cloth with some neutral cleaning agent to clean the product's outside and prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt.
• If the product is not going to be used for a long time, store it in a safe and well-ventilated place.
• Do not use detergent, scouring pads, chemically-treated cloths, gasoline, benzene, alcohol, thinner, or other solvents, as these can scratch and damage the tank and cause water leakage.
• Do not immerse the product in water or other liquid.
• The only filter that can be cleaned with water is the pre-filter.

Filters

• Turn the device off to stop the air filter.
• Unplug the device from the power supply.
• Remove the device's top cover.
• Remove the filter.
• Clean the filter with a dry cloth or replace the filter when the filter indicator blinks red.
• Replace the upper cover.

7. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), specifies that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of with the normal unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances must be collected separately, in order to optimise the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.

The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation to dispose of the appliance correctly.

Consumers must contact their local authorities or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.

8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given proper use, as explained in this instruction manual.

The warranty will not cover the following situations:

• The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault attributable to the customer.
• The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.

The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply.
