How to install the CEN-ODT-C-POE detector?

Mount the wall box at 1.2 meters from the floor. Connect the Ethernet cable to the PoE port. Mount the detector on the box. Power via a PoE switch or injector.

What detection mode is used?

The CEN-ODT-C-POE uses a passive infrared (PIR) sensor to detect motion within a 180° angle.

Does the detector work with a Cresnet system?

No, this model uses PoE for power and communication. It is compatible with Crestron controllers equipped with Ethernet ports.

What is the maximum detection range?

The range is approximately 10 meters under normal conditions. Performance may vary depending on the environment.

How to reset the CEN-ODT-C-POE?

Disconnect the Ethernet cable for 10 seconds, then reconnect. Factory defaults are restored. For a full reset, contact Crestron support.

Can the detector be ceiling-mounted?

No, this model is designed for wall mounting only. Use model CEN-ODT-C-POE-C for ceiling mounting.
