In case of a power failure, the refrigerator maintains the temperature for several hours. Reduce door openings and do not add food. When power returns, the appliance resumes its previous operation thanks to the power failure memory.

How to activate holiday mode?

Press the MODE key until Holiday mode is displayed. The refrigerator maintains a stable temperature (freezer at -18°C) to save energy during your absence.

What do the error codes on the display mean?

Codes like Probe error or Communication error indicate a malfunction. Refer to the manual for the exact meaning and contact a professional for repair.

How to clean the interior of the refrigerator?

Unplug the appliance and remove all food. Use a soft cloth with a solution of baking soda (2 tablespoons per 1 liter of warm water). Rinse and dry before restarting.

Why is the refrigerator making noise?

A humming noise from the compressor at start/stop is normal. A cracking sound comes from the refrigerant flow. If the noise is loud, check that the appliance is level and that the accessories are properly secured.

How to change the LED bulb?

Replacement of LED lamps must be carried out by the manufacturer, its after-sales service, or a qualified person. Do not attempt to do it yourself.

Refrigerating chamber

Freezing chamber

• The low temperature freezing chamber may keep food fresh for a long time and it is mainly used to store frozen foods and making ice.
• The freezing chamber is suitable for storage of meat, fish, rice balls and other foods not to be consumed in short term.
• Chunks of meat are preferably to be divided into small pieces for easy access. Please be noted food shall be consumed within the shelf time.
• The temperature should be set to "Quick Freeze" (InstantFreeze) if you want to refrigerate food quickly.

Drawers, food boxes, etc. placed according to the position in the picture above are the most energy efficient.

Note: Storage of too much food during operation after the initial connection to power may adversely affect the freezing effect of the refrigerator. Foods stored shall not block the air outlet; or otherwise the freezing effect will also be adversely affected.

Lock/Unlock

At non-lock state, press key E for 3 seconds. The refrigerator will go into the Locked state and icon 4 📋 will show. To release the locked state, press key E for 3 seconds while in locked state until icon 4 displays ⏻, then the unit will be unlocked.

Note: power on after power failure, and operate the freezer at -18^ C and the refrigerator at 5^ C after quick cooling and quick freezing exit.

Note: The quick-freezing function is designed to maintain the nutritional value of the food in the freezer. It can freeze the food in the shortest time. If a large amount of food is frozen at one time, it is recommended that the user turn on the quick-freezing function and put the food in. At this time, the freezing speed of the freezer compartment is increased, which can quickly freeze the food, effectively lock the nutrition of the food, and facilitate storage.
