How to use the Air Fry function on the Samsung NV7B6695ACK oven?

Place the separator plate and Air Fry basket on level 4. Select Air Fry mode on the screen, set the temperature (usually 210-220 °C) and cooking time. Turn the food halfway through for a crispy and healthy result.

What to do if the oven door does not close properly?

Check that no food residue is blocking the door. Make sure the hinges are properly in place. If the problem persists, contact a Samsung service center.

How to activate child lock on the oven?

Press the On/Off button, then the Options button. Select Lock and confirm. A message appears. To deactivate, hold the button until the unlock notification.

Can I use the temperature probe with all cooking modes?

No. The temperature probe is compatible with Convection, Classic, Steam Convection, Top/Bottom heat + Convection, and a few others. If used with an incompatible mode, an error message appears. Please refer to the manual.

How to clean the oven after steam use?

Use the Steam Cleaning function for light soiling. For a deep clean, run a Pyrolysis cycle (remove all accessories). After steam modes, remember to empty the water tank with the Drainage function.

What does the error code C-d1 on the screen mean?

The code C-d1 indicates a door lock malfunction. Turn off the oven and restart. If the problem persists, cut the power for 30 seconds. Contact an authorized service if the error returns.

How to replace the oven bulb?

First unplug the appliance. Remove the glass cover by turning counterclockwise. Replace with a 25-40 W, 220-240 V bulb resistant to 300 °C. Use a dry cloth to handle it. Replace the cover.

Can the oven be used simultaneously in both zones?

Yes, thanks to the separator plate. Insert it at level 3 to divide the cavity. You can then cook simultaneously in the upper and lower zones with different modes (e.g., Air Fry on top and Convection on bottom). Some combinations may be restricted.

How to set water hardness for steam modes?

Go to Settings > Water hardness. Choose the level corresponding to your water: Soft (up to 120 ppm), Medium (120-240), Medium-Hard (240-350), or Hard (over 350). This setting optimizes descaling frequency.

Why does smoke come out of the oven during first use?

It is normal. Manufacturing residues are burning off. Run the oven empty in Convection mode at 200 °C for 1 hour. Ventilate the kitchen. Once cool, wipe the interior. The smell will disappear after a few uses.
