To turn on, press the multifunction button until the indicator flashes. To turn off, press and hold the button until the indicator turns off.

Press the + button once to increase volume, press the - button once to decrease it. Note: this function may not be supported on iPhone.

How to pause music?

Press the multifunction button once to pause or resume playback.

How to skip to the next or previous track?

Press the multifunction button twice for the next track, three times for the previous track.

How to activate the voice assistant?

Press and hold the multifunction button for about 2 seconds to trigger your phone's voice assistant.

What to do if volume does not work on iPhone?

Due to system differences, volume control may not be supported on iPhone. Use your phone's volume directly.

How to clean the headphones?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemicals or water. Clean the ear tips regularly for optimal hygiene.

What is the battery life?
